Can a breast implant stop a bullet? Well, typically not, but there was one evidence of a bullet getting deflected when it hit a breast implant of a person, of a woman who got shot, and the bullet deflected and went away from her body. So I wouldn't count on implants stopping any bullets, but they could possibly deflect one.
