Everybody, welcome to our new office. It's not done yet. We have lots of work to do, you guys. It is coming together. We are at a rough stages, which means we're getting electrical, we're getting plumbing, we're getting our HVAC. We had to redo the roof, we had to redo beams, these little cross beams in here so we could put skylights. These skylights, I had to put those in because we didn't have enough light in here. So I'm really big believer in like lots of natural light. So we had to put all these gigantic beams in here here to bring this beautiful natural light in here for your natural looking results, right? This is gonna be our waiting room. This is a temporary bathroom where the front desk is. Come on this way. We've got a nice curvature. We love nice round curves. We're going into our main hallway here. Boom, another skylight, nice and narrow. And then we're getting into our big, nice expansive treatment rooms. We're gonna have a red light therapy over here. Another treatment room, smaller little procedure rooms here for injections and things like that. Consultation offices. Boom, another skylight. You can see they're putting solar panels on the roof. We're eco-friendly here. This is a recent addition. This is our hyperbaric oxygen chamber. It has not been unpacked yet, and we had to get a crane to get it up in here, and it was wild. But this thing is going to have 4 seats in it so that you can experience the benefits of hyperbaric after surgery. It's phenomenal, and anti-aging is really great. Okay, so we're gonna get this thing unloaded, moved into the right place so that we can put the window back on. We're getting into our surgery center, which is cool. We got some really great stuff here. Another skylight. Even though it's surgery center, I still want the daylight to be able to come in, and that one actually opens. So if you want some fresh air, we'll be able to get some fresh air in here as well in case it gets a little hot in here. We have an autoclave. This thing is state-of-the-art. It actually does a really good job of sterilizing things at a much faster basis. It's vacuum powered, so it's really good stuff. This is going to be the operating room. Over here, number 1 here. We're putting in really sophisticated returns so that we get laminar airflow that comes down and out. So all HEPA filtered so that the air is like purest, purest quality. This will be the cleanest rooms in the whole building. So I'm really excited about that. Second operating room, administrative offices. We get in here, this is currently our plumbing holding area. This stuff is so expensive. Copper, this is crazy expensive right now. So we gotta guard this with our lives. But anyway, this is gonna be an IV therapy room. So you can come in here and get IV drip. Whatever it is, whether it's NAD. And then you can come out here. This place is also pretty good because we're going to have the Marriott. We have like 4 or 5 main hotels all within walking distance of this office. So there'll be very easy places for, for you to stay, come over. So it's very convenient for you to get your procedure. There's going to be laundry area over here, nothing crazy. Storage. We'll sneak over here and then we get into kind of our marketing admin area here. We'll have a Filming studio over there, but lots of beautiful conference rooms and office space. This is gonna be my office, which is cool. I'm gonna have the only exposed ceiling because my office is kind of small. So we're gonna have a nice little exposed ceiling. So we're gonna paint all that. That's where I'll be, probably not very much because I'll be seeing you in the clinic. This is the break room, all right? I don't wanna hear them saying all really good things about me all the time, right? So I'm gonna soundproof this. The way you soundproof a wall is you don't allow the studs to connect to both sides. So we're gonna pass soundproofing material through this like this. And that way the drywall is not attached to a stud that conveys sound for both sides. It's an interesting kind of way to soundproof a wall. Uh, and we're gonna do that for our space. We got a nice refrigerator already. This thing is awesome for the break room. And this is the break room because we want to have a fun place for our staff to go. And then we come out here to Beverly Hills. Nice view of the hills, the Hollywood sign. It's going to be a great new location for everybody. And the best part about it is we got on-site parking that is ours, so you don't have to deal with parking and all the craziness that you get in the middle of the Triangle. So that's it for the office tour, you guys. I can't wait to get this done so we can start seeing you over here in the new office. Thanks for watching.
