A breakdown of breast implant profiles, from low to ultra-high, and how they affect projection and shape. Moderate-profile implants offer the best balance of fullness and stability without the artificial look of ultra-high profiles, which resemble a baseball with a sharp top edge.

Breast implants quick take. What profile do you use the most? Well, there's low profile, moderate profile, high profile. There's obviously other ones— extreme high profile, ultra high profile, moderate plus. Most of the time I use moderate profile. The main reason why is because I want it to have a little bit of oomph, a little bit, you know, profile means how far out does it go, doesn't mean up here. Like high profile doesn't mean higher up here. In fact, when you get a high profile, they tend to drop down because they're so heavy. So, um, I tend to go with moderate profile because it has the most stability for the amount of oomph that you get, and it gives you enough width and cleavage here and upper pole fullness versus a higher ultra high profile. This thing is like a baseball, tends to very fake, and you have this wide cleavage gap here, and you have a very steep step-off at the top. So I'm more into natural looking, and I don't do the low profile because it tends to look flat like a pancake. There you have it. What profile do you have? Let me know in the comments.
