Augmentation today, guys. We're going to use a silicone gummy bear implant. We're going to do the border of the areola. We're going to put the implant up here, so that's going to provide a lifting effect for the breast. Okay, she wants to go a little bit on the bigger side. We're going to develop that cleavage, but we're going to keep it still looking natural. Stay tuned. We just set our patient up and you can see that we have a sizer on the left side and no sizer on the right. It's a 450. It's a little bit small compared to what she's looking for, so we're going to go a little bit bigger to get her to go. So make sure your doctor does this on table sizing.
The recovery process was super easy. I love the results. I'm doing the massages that Dr. Barrett recommended. And ever since, they've fallen and just look so natural. My goals basically were just symmetry, and I also wanted them a bit bigger because why not? I was getting them done anyways. He achieved that for sure. Just do it and don't be scared. It's very easy and seamless. I was mostly scared about the surgery, and when I went in, not scared at all. I was very relaxed, and I think that was a really big part of me just being confident going into surgery.
So we're 4 months out. You guys, looks pretty good. Good cleavage here, nice teardrop shape. We did 575, a little bit on the bigger side. She's getting a little bit of stretch mark response here, so we're going to start our body butter. Okay, this has ingredients here to prevent stretch marks and to heal them. So she's going to start doing that at least once a day on the area to help decrease that redness and calm the skin down. But otherwise, beautiful 4-month result.
