I can't believe my results. I am so happy with them. My straps aren't digging in. I'm able to wear like cuter clothes. I'm able to go without a bra. It's like I'm a new person and I love it. Hi, I'm Iman. I am getting a breast reduction today. I am so excited. I've always been bigger chested. It runs in my family. I've been thinking about it for about 5 years now and I finally decided to do it. I'm really excited for the pain relief and just having smaller breasts and being able to, you know, fit into clothing better. Better. Like, my back is always hurting, and I've just finally accepted that that was my normal. And then I realized, no, that's not my normal. I can get something done to live a better and healthy life. Don't be scared. Don't wait. Just do it. Whether your insurance paid for it or you have to pay out of pocket, it's so worth it, and it will change your life.
Let's take a look. All right, so we got the CBD. This you put up to 4 full droppers underneath your tongue. You let it sit for 20 seconds, and it gets absorbed, and it just kind of relaxes you and gets rid of the pain. Okay, there's also CBD balm if you have topical type of pain, you could put that on. And then you've got the After supplement, which is good for like your, your healing. Okay, and you got your silicone strips and fish oil, you got everything. All right, cool. This is a breast reduction. The type of lift I recommend always is a lollipop vertical breast reduction. Okay, that's important key characteristic of incision around the areola line going down, no horizontal scar here. Okay, she doesn't scar well, right? So we have to minimize the scars, close in 5 layers. This was from a previous abdominoplasty surgery with abdominal compression that was too tight. So that's one of the reasons why I don't do tight abdominal compression after a tummy tuck surgery. So imagine all the breasts are going to come back up here. We're going to take a healthy amount. We're actually going to do the lipo on the side, right? So when we do this, don't forget about that area of fullness on the side here, which we're going to get with liposuction, okay? Otherwise, you got to do a big scar all the way back there. We don't need to do that. She's going to have great relief from this, and she's going to look good too. First, a lollipop lift reshapes and repositions the breast while minimizing visible scars. Then targeted liposuction sculpts the surrounding tissue for balanced contours and symmetry. Lastly, 5-layer closure, a must-have for minimal scarring. Insurance companies say that you need at least 500 grams of breast tissue to qualify for a breast reduction. This is an incredible amount of tissue, but believe it or not, it's actually only 350 grams. So who's telling us that she wouldn't benefit from a breast reduction? Because that's 100% where majority of her neck and back pain is coming from. So this is a result we did for her. She also did some liposuction, which insurance wouldn't typically cover anyway. We did our lollipop lift. Okay, this is a vertical breast reduction. We don't need to do the anchor scar. So just always remember that not only are the breasts smaller, the sides are more streamlined, but the breasts are lifted and they're more cosmetically improved for our patient. The recovery was so smooth. There was like no pain. I didn't have to take any painkillers. Everyone couldn't believe how I was like up and at it a few days later, and I can't believe my results. I am so happy with them. It's like I'm a new person, and I love it. I have so much less back pain. My posture is slowly getting better because, you know, when you're leaning over for years, you have to retrain yourself. But I feel great. My straps aren't digging in. I'm able to wear like cuter clothes. I'm able to go without a bra. It's so much fun. Go ahead and do it, it's so worth it and you won't regret it.
She's 4 months out from a breast reduction surgery, you guys. This was a serious breast reduction. We removed like 350 grams from each breast. We did a lift. It's looking pretty good. This breast was bigger, we took a little bit more from that side, but overall, you guys, looks really good. Very happy. Still working on scar management with our scar strips, and I'll show you the 2 things that I use. I always recommend Scenuva, which she should be using twice a day for her scars here, and also for our Barrett silicone scar strips we do here as well. And that applies compression to prevent them from getting raised. So that's our scar management. She's doing great. It's going to look even better in another 3 months.
