Hello and welcome back to my YouTube channel. It's been a very long time since you guys have seen me on here. I'm not gonna lie, I contemplate almost every single day if I want to make a full-on comeback to YouTube or not, but honestly, that's a conversation for another day. And today we are here to talk about my boob job that I got with Dr. Daniel Barrett in Beverly Hills. It was seriously one of the best experiences ever, and I just need to rave about it. I need to talk about it. I want to answer all the questions that you guys have been asking me. I want to share my entire experience from beginning to end, starting with what made me decide to get procedure, how I ended up going with Dr. Barrett, the research that I did, what the process was like surgery-wise, recovery-wise, everything like that. First question that I've been asked is what made me decide to get this procedure done in the first place. Because if you guys are familiar with me and my content, I've never had small boobs to begin with. I've always definitely been on the larger side. Just for reference, I've been a double D pretty much my entire life. That is what size I was before I had my surgery, and that is still what size I am to this day. But a few years ago, I started taking Ozempic, and I want to say I've lost between 60 and 80 lbs total. It's definitely fluctuated. It's went up, it's went down, because it's been probably 3 years, I want to say, since I started my Ozempic journey. I'm so glad I started taking it. I feel like it really, really worked for me. I'm honestly so grateful to this day for it. Obviously, when you lose a lot of weight like that, your body just starts to change a lot. And I was really happy with the size I was, the clothes I was fitting into, things like that. But there was still something that I just wasn't 100% happy with. And what started to be one of my favorite parts about my body, the girlies, very quickly became one of my least favorite parts about my body. I was so embarrassed of boobs. I felt like they just looked like deflated balloons. Literally all of the volume was just like gone. I knew I wanted to get a lift for sure because I felt like they were just starting to get saggy. And honestly, I'm not even 30 yet, like I do not need saggy boobs. And ever since I started losing weight about 3 years ago, I have definitely been considering getting a boob job. But transparently, I was just way too scared. You just hear so many horror stories of people getting sick from the breast implants or the procedure not going well or having complications under anesthesia, lots of scarring, like just so many complications can go wrong, obviously, when you're dealing with any sort of procedure. So it's just definitely not something to take lightly. But I had been following Dr. Barrett for probably 5 years prior to my Ozempic journey or anything like that. We've been mutuals on Instagram for a really, really long time. I've had so many friends and clients actually get procedures by him, so I knew when it was time and when I was ready, he was the doctor that I was going to go to. I am not kidding when I say I did not do as much as look at another doctor's Instagram. Like, I knew when it was time and when I was ready, Dr. Barrett was my guy. I followed Brooke Schofield's entire journey, and it seemed like she had the best experience from beginning to end with Dr. Barrett and his team. So as soon as I saw that, I was like, okay, maybe it's time, maybe it's time I go see what this guy's all about. So I set up a consultation, I met him, I told him what I was looking for, I showed him all of my problem areas, the areas that I was insecure about, everything like that. And immediately he suggested a lollipop lift as well as a really small implant. I love his technique that he does with the lift. A lot of people do the anchor method, so you have a circle like around your areola, and then it almost looks like anchor down your boobs. So there's so much scarring. And yes, no one really sees it, but like, I don't want a lot of scars. I don't know, maybe that's me being vain, but that is just something that I made very, very clear that I wanted as little scarring as possible. That's why I really love that he does the Lollipop Method, because you don't have that massive scar all the way underneath your boobs. You literally just have it be like a circle around the nipple and then a line straight down. That's it. So I love that. I also was telling him that I wanted my boobs to look so amazing where it's like you look at me and you're like, okay, they look so good, are they real, are they fake? I didn't want anyone to look at me and immediately be able to clock that I had like this massive fake rack or anything like that. I still wanted them to be natural, but I just wanted really nice cleavage because I feel like for me I've always had big boobs but I've never had nice cleavage. It's always just been like one straight line down and I've never had that nice like little oomph right here. We vibed and connected really well. I felt like we really hit it off, but I also just loved how confident he was. Like literally any question that I asked, he immediately had an answer for right away, and also like a very scientific answer. All of his statistics and results were incredible that I immediately just felt like I was in the best hands. I'm not kidding when I tell you, I literally booked my procedure before I even left the consultation. I knew immediately I was ready and I could not get into that surgery room faster. Took the first appointment that they had available, and I'm not kidding, I think if he would have told me that I could get my procedure done that exact same day as my consultation, I would have gotten on that table immediately. Surgery day was incredible. Dallas came with me. We were there for maybe like an hour and a half or so before my procedure. It was super easy. Dr. Barrett came in, all of the entire team came in, they talked to me, made me really aware of everything that was about to happen when I was put under. We also did a second consultation just to make sure that we were on the same page about everything. And then it was time for my procedure, and I am not kidding when I say it felt like it was 4 seconds long. They rolled me back, I was chatting with the nurses about summer vacations, Justin Bieber, literally all of the girly things, and then I woke up and I had new tits. I've had a few procedures in the past, and I feel like normally when they roll you back, like, you're just sitting there for a while and you kind of get a little anxious. Your nerves get the best of you sometimes. But I didn't even have the opportunity to let my nerves get to me because I was asleep that quick. I woke up and it literally just felt like I woke up from a nap. I remember immediately looking over to the nurses and being like, can I have my phone? I need to start vlogging. They're like, oh, like, don't you want to take a second? You want to wake up? Like, do you know your name? Do you know where you are? I'm like, yes, let me vlog now. I felt totally fine. I was in no pain whatsoever. I feel like the best way to describe is just like pressure on your chest. It didn't hurt at all. It just felt like someone was just like pushing me gently, applying weight on my chest, but I wasn't in any pain whatsoever. They also are so kind. They literally woke me up with an Arawana Hailey Bieber smoothie. Like, if that does not show how much Dr. Barrett and his team cares about his patients, I don't know what does. That was truly one of the sweetest things anyone has ever done for me. I honestly just played on my phone and took it easy all day. I was starving. One thing about me after surgery is I could literally eat everything in sight. I don't know why. I feel like a lot of times after surgery they're like, you're probably not going to be too hungry. You're not gonna want a lot of food. You might be a little nauseous. Not me. I actually think I ordered Chili's as soon as I got home from my surgery. Am I wrong? Definitely think I had the Triple Dipper same day as my procedure, which Dr. Barrett is probably screaming as he watches this right now. He's definitely the male equivalent to an almond mom, so he's probably dying. The entire recovery process was honestly so smooth and so easy. I was never once in pain. Not once. I was uncomfortable at times, but I never felt pain. I barely took my pain pills. I really didn't need them. He gave me CBD balm, and I used the CBD balm a lot, which I feel like really, really helped. But I literally did not have to take my pain pills. Being honest, was the complete opposite experience as when I had my nose job. I had to take my pain pills literally on the minute that it was time for my next round. And actually, we ended up having to call the doctor and re— like, figure out a new dosage. Still just wasn't enough. I was in excruciating pain, and I warned Dr. Barrett and his team about this too. I was like, I don't know why, but my body does not recover well from procedures. I I scar a lot, I bruise a lot, I get in a lot of pain. Not one of those problems. Another really big fear of mine with having this was that I would need a lot of downtime off of work, and that honestly wasn't the case. You can't lift anything that's more than 5 to 10 pounds for the first 6 weeks, and I'm not gonna lie, that's not ideal. Of course, that was definitely a struggle, especially being a makeup artist. I didn't do actual makeup jobs on clients for probably 2 weeks, and then after the 2 weeks mark, it was totally fine to take clients. I always just made sure to bring an assistant with me so that they could carry in my kit, make to clean everything, do all of the bending down, everything like that that I was kind of struggling to do. As far as my job as like an influencer and content creator, I was literally back to work that same day. It did not hold me back whatsoever. So I feel like for anyone that works in like an office job or a desk or anything like that, you could literally go back to work next day. I feel like when it comes to procedures, a lot of people tell you to not get them done over the summer because you can't swim or anything like that. I broke every rule when it came to that. I feel like a lot of people also kind of have this stigma that you can't get surgery or procedures or anything like that over the summer because of all of the rules and restrictions. Obviously you can't get into a pool for 6 weeks, but I actually went on a brand trip with Benefit. I think it was 2 weeks, maybe 3 weeks after. It really wasn't that much time. Obviously I couldn't get in the water, but other than that, everything was totally fine and I was still able to go on my trip. I was also able to wear a triangle bikini for the very first time. I have never been able to wear a triangle bikini my entire life because I've always just felt like my boobs kind of like go to the side, they're really spread apart, it just doesn't look very good. I've always felt very, very self-conscious, but I think that girls who wear triangle bikinis just look so cute. I love it so much. And that trip was the first time in my entire life that I was finally able to participate and wear a triangle bikini, so I was so excited. Getting my boobs done honestly just gave me so much more confidence than I could have ever, ever, ever imagined. I feel like with losing weight, I was definitely able to start wearing a lot of clothes that I never felt confident enough to wear. I definitely started to feel more comfortable wearing crop tops and showing off my arms and some of those things that I just never really felt super confident doing. But then it came with another issue where I didn't really want to show my cleavage or be in a bikini because then I just didn't like my boobs. And I feel like this procedure truly made me able to wear literally anything. A few months ago, I wore a dress to the All's Fair red carpet premiere that I would have never worn a year ago. And I felt so confident, and I just never ever ever thought I would have that much confidence in my entire life. So it just feels so good, and I'm so grateful that I did it when I did. As far as the things that I did to take care of my scarring, my healing, everything like that— before my procedure, I started taking his pre-surgery vitamins. Has every vitamin and supplement that you could possibly think of to just prepare and heal your body faster from surgery. Obviously, while I was recovering, I was using the CBD balm a lot. He gave me these ScarSilicone strips that I've been wearing on the scars as well. You really can't see them even in a bikini or anything like that. They're super discreet. He's told me that if I wear them for a year, my scarring will be completely gone. So I'm definitely going to keep wearing them for as long as I possibly can. Obviously, for the first like month to 2 months, I forget exactly how long, you can't use scar creams or anything like that. But as soon as I got cleared, I started using it morning and night. And while I was still healing, I started taking his post-op supplement, which again just has everything that your body needs— all the vitamins, all the supplements to heal your body faster, which who doesn't love? I was also taking his Calm MG, which is his melatonin magnesium mixture, because obviously when you get a procedure like this done, you have to sleep on your back for a really long time. And honestly, I think that was the hardest thing overall throughout the entire experience, was sleeping on my back. I hate sleeping on my back so much, so I was taking so much of the magnesium every single night just to try and relax my body and to get my body to go to sleep. Now here we are, 6 months post-op, and I seriously am so happy with my decision. I would make this decision again in a heartbeat if I had to. Now that I've experienced it, I feel like I could do this in my sleep with my eyes closed. It was seriously so easy. Honestly, a cold is harder for me to recover from than this procedure. That's how simple it was. It went by so fast. Everything was so seamless and so easy. I had zero complications. I'm so beyond happy with my results. Honestly, they're better than I could have ever possibly imagined. I feel like they look exactly how I was imagining. They have that just like, oh my God, her tits look so good, are they real, are they fake look, which like I said is exactly what I was going for. And I'm just so, so happy. Obviously a surgery is a really, really big decision. It's not something to take lightly. It's something that you really need to highly consider. All of the ups, the downs, the pros, the cons. It's a big decision and it's a lifetime decision. I feel like that's something you don't really think about in the moment when you're getting a procedure. You just think about like the right now but not the long-term effects. I really took all of that into consideration and I feel like I made the best decision I ever could have made for myself, and I am so happy for that. I'm seriously so beyond grateful to Dr. Barrett and his entire team. I literally look at them like family now. They are so incredible, such good people. I loved going in every single week for my red light appointments to catch up with the team, all of it. They are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. Like, honestly, I want to hang out with them. I want to go get a coffee with them because I just love them so much. And it made it so fun going in for all of my follow-up appointments as well. I'm obviously not encouraging plastic surgery, but if you are considering and have been considering for a long time getting your boobs done, just do it. I wish I would have done it sooner. I would have felt so much more confident a few years ago had I done it. Obviously everything happens for a reason, and it really was the most perfect timing for me, but that would probably be my only regret throughout this entire thing is not getting it done sooner. But seriously, I had the best experience from beginning to end. Like I said, definitely do your own research if this is something that you are considering, but I do think that Dr. Barrett is a a really great resource whether you're in California, whether you're looking for him to be your doctor or not. I just think he's such an incredible research— I love following him on his TikTok and on his YouTube because he has such incredible advice and knowledge, recovery tips, healing tips, everything like that. Honestly, for myself, even while I was healing and before my surgery, I did so much research on his page and just soaked in all of the information that he shared because he seriously is one of smartest and best surgeons ever, period. So I'm really grateful that I was able to be one of his clients. My mom is actually a very, very big Dr. Barrett fan and has been for a really long time. She actually used to watch him back when he was on the show, The Doctors. So as soon as I told my mom that I was considering this, that I set up a consultation with him, she's like, oh my God, I love him so much. If you are gonna go to anyone, it needs to be Dr. Barrett. He's the best. So I feel like if you have your mom's stamp of approval, that says a lot. And any Wendy Oakley stamp of approval is huge.
