I'm officially retiring these 3 breast augmentation requests in 2026. Number 1 is implants greater than 800 cc's. No real need for it for the average cosmetic application. There are applications for breast reconstruction for breast cancer, but for the average person, greater than 800 cc's is not a good option. Number 2 is trans armpit approach. Never really works great. It's painful. You lose nipple sensation oftentimes, and the scar can actually be more noticeable than on the breast. Saline implants, you guys, these things aren't safer. They're uglier. They have rippling. They're too round sides. They don't fit onto the chest, and they heavier than silicone implants, so they develop a water hammer effect and they start to fall off to the side. So let's retire these.
