When I'm guilty of this too, but typically when somebody's really motivated, they're saying, hey, I'm going to exercise better. I'm going to eat really well every day. And they get really excited about what their future self is going to look like or feel like. And once that hard work starts to kick in, some people start to lose that motivation. It's like they start making excuses in their mind. They're going to say, hey, I'll eat better tomorrow. I'll do better next week. And then the next few months. And then all of a sudden it's January 1st and you're like, okay, I'll do better January 1st. But really the key is to break that bad habit. You want to get back into your routine and you want to overcome that and you want to get your mind and your body back into trusting that you're going to be able to do it again. And then once you overcome that, then your momentum will start to come back again.
