Dr. Katie To extracted a tooth from a patient with zero pain and sent it for testing. Inside: an amoeba, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, aggressive actinomycetes, and mold growing under a gold crown. The patient felt nothing.

We took the tooth out, sent it to pathology testing. Can you see amoeba? That's parasite. Strep, staph, everything. Actinomycetes, super aggressive. That's another tooth that we take it out. Look at the same patient, same surgery. Look at the different pathogen on the same patient. This is what her gold crown looked like underneath. I get goosebumps still. That's mold, all of that underneath her gold crown.
