My name is Jillian Duvalt. I've been coming to this office for a couple of years now, almost three years. I've had dental problems my entire life. And Dr. Katie has been the only one who has actually addressed them and helped me deal with them. I've had a root canal and four extractions. She's very, very gentle. I had no pain throughout both procedures. I've had braces to correct a problem that I've had since I was 8 years old that no other dentist has been able to catch. And she was the only one who noticed it and was able to help me with this problem. She's very gentle. She's very understanding. If you have a fear of dentist, she's very helpful with that. And she does her absolute best to make you comfortable during uncomfortable procedures. And she makes sure you understand everything about the procedure so that there's no surprises in the middle of it. I would definitely recommend this office. It's a very nice environment. It doesn't have as much stress as your average dentist office. She's willing to work with you on a lot of things. Whether it's you're uncomfortable with certain aspects of procedures, she's willing to try and find a way to work around it, or if you're having problems with the pricing, she can try and work out a payment plan with you. They have their own program here if you are uninsured. This is a very calming office. It doesn't have that clinical feel to it at all. Most of the time, when you walk into a dentist dentist's office, it has that rubbing alcohol smell and it's very uncomfortable. She seems to go out of her way to make the office very welcoming.
