We're gonna talk about the 5 pillars of wellness dentistry. We talked about biocompatible materials a little bit. I'll show you some slides on that. We'll go through the mouth-body connection. They're not separate. It's actually the gateway to health. We all talk about prevention over restoration. We do restore teeth, we rebuild smiles, but we really wanna prevent from happening in the first place. And we do a whole body, whole person assessment. We talk about sleep, we talk about diet, stress, all of your medical history, everything, blood work. While we don't really analyze the blood work, we do look for certain markers like vitamin D levels that, uh, helps know that we're gonna be able to heal our bone. And also, um, the C-reactive proteins. A lot of the bacteria that come in, uh, through the mouth can cause other issues in our body. And we're definitely partners. We wanna make sure that you know we are going to be your partner. We're gonna be your guide through this entire process. Some people like to go really quickly if they have some major medical things happening. Other people have, um, a slower pace based on either budget or just time. Maybe they're busy at work.
