Remember, if you don't make time for wellness, you will be forced to make time for illness. This is true for everyone in here. I was forced to make time for illness 8 years ago, and then I would never want to be in that shoe ever again. Now I make time for wellness daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, different tests, different procedures. And to other people, maybe like sound excessive, like, oh my gosh, you're doing a lot of things. Is that for biohacking? Is that for longevity? No. It really for wellness. I want to be well. I want to live my best life in this season and every season I'm in. I want to have energy to play with my kid, to serve my patient, because as a provider, the last thing you want is showing up tired, showing up that you don't have anything to give. You're not helping patients. I'm not helping my patient when I show up like that.
