Heart rate variability reveals what your body actually needs, but only if you understand your underlying why. When your intention is outdated—a younger version's story about not letting people down—your mind runs old software while your body evolves, creating misalignment that shows up as disease or injury. If you're not auditing your why, your intention, you most likely are running on a younger version's why, like I was, not letting people down, the stuck stories in our bodies. And what I've come to find with HRV is it's a compass pointing you to what is most resonant in your body, because the body knows what's resonant with it, and HRV is a guiding compass towards that. And a compass needs 3 points to triangulate. For HRV, point 1, what you're perceiving. Point 2, how you're responding to what you're perceiving. Point 3, something to compare that to, your why. And if you're not auditing your why, your intention, you most likely are running on a younger version's why, like I was, not letting people down, the stuck stories in our bodies. And the body over time evolves, but your mind is still running on the old software. And if you don't start to listen, will physically— Manifest in disease or injury. To audit your intention and why— profound for HRV health and growth.

And it's not until you start to realize that and really bring the power back to you and the sovereignty back that you see the shift.
