Hey, One Shot World, how you doing? So I've had a— this is week 2, just coming out of the competition. It's been great, I feel good. I've put a bunch of weight back on, which just feels really healthy. All good weight, solid weight. Water's back on, that's always 4 or 5 pounds, so that doesn't matter so much. But I've come back really strong, which you always do after a competition. It's the best time for building muscle. I'll be talking about that in volume 4 of One Shot, peak week and post-week, what to do, what not to do. I learned a bunch of lessons this time. Got feedback from the judges up at the competition, which was very good, and I'll be posting some of that this week. Also, I've worked out what my next stages are, what my next competitions are going to be. Probably heading for the Junior and Masters in, I believe it's Philadelphia in July, those nationals there. And then I'll probably do something in between now and then just to keep my hand in the game, if you know what I mean. But it's been good. Feeling good, feeling energized. And feeling really focused now that I've got the next goal sorted out. So I look forward to keeping you updated and, and look forward to hearing your stories. Some of you are starting to ramp up to your first competitions. And please post a video so I can share a link and get it up there. Alright, cheers. Thank you. Thank you.
