Hey, how you doing, world? Hope you're good. Getting a bit organized here for this morning for Man Church, and I just wanna make sure I invite you to come along and come to Man Church. And so how— what— how we normally— what the format normally is for Man Church is we get together. And we— The aim is to help disciple men, become better men, husbands, and fathers. That's the aim of Man Church. And what we also like to do is we like to allow our wives and our children, especially, you know, boys that are under 13, to be able to watch on social media, because then that, as a man, gives you something to discuss with them and you can talk to them. We're not hiding anything from your women, but I believe it's important for men to have a space and a time To actually reflect with other men, to talk about how to be a better man, husband, and father. Because men in the presence of women act differently than they do as men in the presence of men. There's a more open relationship. There's more opportunity for vulnerability. And that's what we are attempting to do and what we are building with Man Church. So if you go to manchurch.online, fellas, you can register there and you will get You you will get. Um, if chat is working, thank you. You will get an opportunity to be able to come in and join Man Church in a Zoom meeting. And at the end of that Zoom meeting, what we do is we have a chance for questions and answers. And the format for Man Church is simply an hour, and we try and keep it that way. We get together. You can pop in a little early, five or ten minutes beforehand, have a coffee with me. Light a cigar. I've got a very nice one for this morning's sermon, and have a chat. Then we start in, we pray, and we go through the scriptures. Scripture teaching is normally probably twenty, twenty-five minutes, and then we end the streams to the live platform. There's there's six platforms that we go out on. There'll be seven today that we go out on, and we talk to those, and we leave that there, and then we come back into the Zoom, and we have a chance for questions and answers. Why I did this, I learned this when I was running a church for many years, is there's very rarely an opportunity to actually ask a pastor, a preacher, a question. And I think that's just dumb. I think I've always got questions when I get to the end of a sermon or a teaching. And so I want to give you that opportunity to be able to do that. So go to manchurch.online. There's an opportunity to register there. And also at manchurch.online, you'll be able to join the meeting When it's time, so I'm going to pop off now, and I look forward to seeing you all fellas, and give you something to go back and talk to your wives and your kids about after man show. So hey, listen, this is what I learned this morning. This is what we talked about. What we're actually talking about this morning is short beds and thin blankets, and it's a it's a verse out of Isaiah that talks about what what happens when. When you are led to believe that everything's going to go rosy. And unfortunately, in Christian doctrine in the era that we're in, everyone is so focused on things that are just fundamentally not warming and not comfortable. They are doctrines and teachings that, that say, look, everything's going to be rosy and everything's going to be fine. But what if they're not? How do you deal with those things? And sound Christian doctrine prepares you not only for the good, But also for the obstacles that come our way. So I look forward to seeing you, uh, Man Church, 8 AM Central Time. Please come along. Look forward to the chat. Go to manchurch.online and register, and you can join us then. Cheerio. Awesome. I had you on, uh, YouTube
