So I'm off to a doctor's appointment and then a lunch meeting and then another business meeting after that. So I don't know how I'm going to be able to get my food, my good food, if I'm going to be able to. So love the wife, she helped me and packed a lot. She's actually packed everything from my 4 AM meal all the way through today, so it's been wonderful. So here I've got chicken, I've got a first lot of chicken that goes in there, it's already pre-done. That's a second lot of chicken, it's got some potato and onions in it as well. She's got some carrots because I need to have some raw veggies, but she's got carrots. What she did is she also put in a little guacamole dip for me. So that's going to get me up to my ounces and my calories there. Precooked sweet potato already sliced up, that goes in there. And she threw in an apple for me because what I find is if I don't eat exactly when I'm supposed to, I get a little bit hyperglycemic. My insulin starts to drop and I, you know, vision loss, all that sort of stuff starts to happen. So I've got, I've got an apple that's in there as well. So So it's all there. It's all ready to go. I've even got cutlery. So she did a great job. So what I'll do is I'll put a cold pack on top of that and I'll take that with me. Now the thing is, when I get to the restaurants, often they won't let me. Sometimes there's a problem. They'll either heat food up and you've got to pay a plate charge of $5 or $10 or something to use their cutlery, which I get. I get that. But sometimes they won't let you do it. So I may end up sitting in the car eating my food, then going around and sitting and watching other people eat for— That's okay. 45 minutes, but it's all worth it. I'm gonna get this thing done. It's gonna be brilliant.
