So I tore my hamstring last Thursday training a couple of clients. So I've been over the weekend recovering from that. I've used a humic mud compound called Primal. We often use for muscle stuff for NFL players. Primal Mud, you've seen me talk on that before. Also curcumin concentrate to rub on and to drink. Incredible properties for anti-inflammatory. So I've taken off the last 4 days. I will probably take off, I've come back doing chest today. I'll do back, shoulders, arms this week. Probably towards the end of the week, I will start to walk, roll, and lightly massage, self-massage the hamstring. It's starting to come on. I don't think I've— I don't think it's a grade 3 tear. I think it's probably a grade 2 tear. But I'll let you know. So I've done some reflections on it and I'll be posting those in just a little bit. But it'll be an interesting road back. It's put my competition back a little bit. And so I'll be looking at rolling around into a competition, another competition next year. But everything else is looking good. Upper body's coming in shape. So we'll see how we go. It's never bloody easy, is it?
