We've all seen the Principal Lamb videos. You know, the videos where the principal is rolling on his cart through the hallways and the cart has become his office. Well, let me tell you a little bit about some of the strategies that I use to continue to maintain engagement with my staff and my team. And no, I wasn't on a rolling cart, although that's a great idea and I, I probably would have done the same. I always made sure that I was very visible in the hallway, not only during class change time, but also just when the downtimes occurred. So if there was a student in the hallway or staff member who was on their plan period, I was able to greet them and have a personal connection with them during that time. What strategies work for you?
