he was just hitting that, as I call it, that income ceiling, like Adam, who I talked about earlier, right? Just as much as he tried, he was doing everything, but just couldn't break through that ceiling. So he heard about me, a friend recommended him to me. I spoke to him. I always like to have a conversation with my clients when we are getting started. And I asked him one question I ask every one of my clients, whether it's one-on-one or group coaching. I said, Charles, how much do you think your head trash is costing you right now? And he, and now he'd been watching my videos, like you mentioned earlier, reading my books. So he was familiar with me and why my work is different from all the other people out there. And so when I asked him that, how much do you think your head trash is costing you? Without batting an eye, he said, $1 million. He said, Noah, if I don't get rid of my head trash, it's easily going to cost me $1 million this year.
