Well, thank you, Anne-Marie. It's great to be back with you.
Well, thank you. I'm excited for this conversation and to talk about your book. And I think, you know, as we were preparing for this conversation, talking about, of course, that there has been, you know, a change in times of what is going on globally. You know, here we are in July of 2024, an election year in the US. And what can we say? You know, elections are always eventful, but we find ourselves this year on the cusp of deciding, you know, do we want to stay a free country?
Right. Yep.
Not something really to laugh about, but it's, uh, you know, I only chuckle because I can't believe that, um, I'm alive to see that we, we have to, uh, get to this level.
Indeed. It's, uh, it's a bit strange. Shall we say?
Yes. And so your book becomes key because we do all need to think about our most important thing besides, of course, our, our, our wellbeing is about our financial wellbeing. Because, you know, with changing times, we know that money is power. And so being able to get to the next level with yourself and business is really important, especially to have a say Well, that's correct.
I believe, you know, I grew up poor in a rich neighborhood. So from a very young age, I was painfully exposed to the gap, the chasm between the haves and the have-nots. And that's what I realized very early on in life is that when you have money, you have choices. When you don't have money, you don't have choices. And so for many years in my early 20s, teens and early 20s, I I worked in corporate America. I was doing all these, as I call them, survival jobs. And I really felt that I didn't own my own life. I felt someone else owned my life. And that was not a fun place to be. And I really, I was very depressed, actually. And this was, you know, that was before the internet. And then when the internet, or I was introduced to the internet in the early, early '90s, then I realized, wow, this is really the most incredible communication tool that's ever been invented by humankind. And so I, you know, launched my company, successclinic.com, in 1997 in a 300-square-foot apartment with $800 to my name and a book on HTML. So, you know, the tools that we had back then were very, very rudimentary, shall we say. It was like trying to build a house with a rock and some sticks back then. Now the tools that we have are just amazing. And so anybody can really start their own business. And that's what my new book, The 7-Figure Machine, is all about.
Yes. And so I guess You know, speaking of your background, you know, I'm making an assumption, but, you know, I could be wrong. But what inspired you to go ahead and write this book?
Well, as I mentioned, you know, I've been doing this for almost 30 years now, running my own 7-figure online business, and of course, helping many other people get their businesses started and of course, growing them, you know, helping people add multiple 6 figures, 7 figures, even 8 figures You know, to their business using my methods. But, and you know, as you also mentioned, I've written 25 books, but I realized that I really hadn't written a book about how to build a business. Most of my other books were all about getting rid of your head trash and using app formations and installing power habits. So they were more about the inner game, as I call it, you know, the inner game of business, the inner game of success. So I said, you know, it's really time to write an outer game book. And because I've been helping so many people do it for so long, I said, man, you got to write a book about it. So I did. And it's funny because I often say to people that this book, The Seven Figure Machine, took me 30 days and 30 years to write. I was able to write the book in less than 30 days, but it took me 30 years of experience, painful, expensive experience, I might add, to really get the lessons from this book. So the book is really all about helping people save that time, money, effort, stress, pain, torment, and agony that I had to go through And really, that's what you're getting in the book.
Yes. And, you know, one of the things that I really love about you is that not only are you just, you know, thinking from a business standpoint, but when you started out, you know, I know, you know, you took a personal kind of deep dive because of your personal, you know, I'll just call it personal trauma that you were experiencing and took a deep dive into yourself and, you know, really learned like what it takes to change your mindset. And so I believe that, you know, you obviously have to probably have a different mindset to become a millionaire. So who do you have to become to become a millionaire?
Well, I love that question because it really is about what I've been teaching people for 30 years now, which is inner game and outer game. You know, I just talked about the difference there. And inner game is all everything that happens between your ears that you can't see directly, but it affects everything that you do. You know, as a keynote speaker, I get to do keynote presentations all around the country, around the world for teams, organizations, companies, you know, worldwide. And one of the things I like to ask my audience members in my keynote presentations is what's one area of your life where your beliefs don't affect you? And of course, people go, and I go, exactly. There's no place your beliefs don't affect you. Right? They— your beliefs, your inner game affects everything: your health, your wealth, your business, your finances, your relationships, your stress level, your sense of well-being and purpose and everything. But what's interesting about that is you can't see a belief. You can only see the effects of a belief. And so that's why you can be doing really well in one area, but maybe you're stuck or struggling in another. For example, maybe, you know, your business is going great, but your health is suffering, or vice versa. You know, your health is great, but you're not making the money you want. So the inner game is absolutely crucial. And, you know, as I mentioned a moment ago, I've helped my clients add over $3 billion collectively, you know, adding 6, 7, and 8 figures using my methods. And what's fascinating about that is 90% of that growth, of that, of those breakthroughs really came from inner game. It really wasn't as much about the marketing that people think it is. Everybody is, you know, if you're in business, you know, you're constantly bombarded every day by the marketing gurus and they're saying you got to do this, you got to do that, and you got to try this fad and this gimmick. And I've seen every fad, I've seen every gimmick come and go and, you know, doing this over 3 decades. But what I, you know, what a lot of entrepreneurs fail to realize, or people in general, they fail to realize is that if you don't master your inner game, really all the outer game stuff doesn't matter. I'll just tell you a quick story to illustrate this. I was speaking at a, at a conference in Los Angeles for 1,000 entrepreneurs. These are high 6, 7, and 8-figure earners, you know, very successful people. And I was, you know, giving my presentation and I was walking off the stage. I just finished speaking and a man came up to me and he said, Noah, I want you to coach me. I want to hire you as my coach. You are the coach I've been looking for, he said. And I, now I didn't know this man from Adam. Ironically, his name was Adam. True story. So anyway, I said, what's going on? And he said, well, Well, you know, I own this company. I'm an entrepreneur. You know, we're at 7 figures, but, and you know, we're doing okay, but we've been stuck at the same level for the past 4 years. We have just been stuck. We've been hitting that, and I call it, you know, the income ceiling. They just keep hitting that income ceiling no matter how hard they work. And he said, I've spent so much money. I've gone to all the marketing gurus, given them all this money, and we just keep hitting this income ceiling. And he said, as soon as I heard you speak about everything you just said, inner game and outer game and head trash and affirmations, everything you just said, He said, "I knew you were the coach I've been looking for." So he literally hired me on the spot. That's why I love working with high achievers, right? Because they they make decisions quickly and firmly. They don't dilly dally. Don't mess around. So anyway, he he decided to hire me on the spot. I coached him for 18 months, and in that 18 months, we were able to get his company from being stuck for the previous four years with really no growth to over twenty million in revenues in less than 18 months, and a 600 percent increase. You can you can watch his video. Right on my website there. Just look for Adam. Anyway, my point is, the point of the story is that 95% of that was inner game. You know, we really didn't talk about all the offers, the funnels, and the traffic and the social media, you know, all that marketing stuff. He'd spent all that money already. He basically had mastered the outer game. That's what got him to 7 figures. But because no one had shown him and taken the time to actually show him these inner game habits, He wasn't able to break through, you know, to that higher level. So really who you have to become is the person who has mastered your inner game and your outer game. That's what's gonna enable you to have those breakthroughs.
Yeah. And, and I guess what has been the, or what, what would you see like what, well, I guess I first should first ask, is, is it really, is it hard? I guess, is it hard to go from 6 figures to 7 figures because of that inner game? Like how hard is it for people? Like, what do you encounter? Like, are people, you know, like when you have to, let's say, you know, hopefully nobody has to ever do this, but if you have to lose 100 pounds, right? I already am intimidated. If I would have to lose 100 pounds, I would be like, this is going to be, this is going to be hard, right? Like, I'm going to have to give up, like, you know, this when I eat. I'm going to probably have to, you know, jog like every day. I'm going to have to like not hang out with certain friends. Like, how hard is it? Like, or do you like, when you go in, you're like, okay, maybe a coach, it's going to be painful. And so, you know, without any pain, you know, no gain. Or, or I guess, tell us how painful is it?
Well, I guess I haven't met anybody, you know, over a certain age who hasn't gone through some kind of pain, trauma, loss, and so forth. And so some people aren't willing to look at that, confront it. And when you're not willing to do that, you're, you're, it's the classic example of the elephant in the room. You know, here, what elephant? There's no elephant in here. Meanwhile, you can't see because there's an elephant in the room. And so, you know, what my Power Habit system does, which is my inner game system, it really enables people and frankly, it empowers people to look at that elephant and go, hmm, That, you know, maybe it's actually not so bad. So, you know, but sometimes they just haven't had anyone to talk to. They haven't had anyone listen to them and really understand and empathize and say, wow, you know, that really sucks that you went through that. And not trying to make it better, not trying to, you know, absolve anything, but just say, wow, you know, yeah, that really sucks. I mean, you know, and the experience that I bring to the table, part of it, I mean, you know, when I was 25 years old, I may have shared this story before, but, you know, when I was 25, I, because I was so depressed and frustrated and You know, my girlfriend had just left me. I lost my job. It was like a country song, but it was true. You know, I decided to commit suicide at age 25. I mean, that's how depressed and really hopeless I was at that time. And, you know, at the very last moment, my life was spared. I didn't know why at the time, but I realized I've got to find my purpose here on the earth. So I did 5 years of soul searching, you know, reading all these spiritual books, going to spiritual retreats and so forth, you know, really going inside. And it was painful. But I was doing it all by myself. That's what really made it so much harder and frankly why it took so long. You know, so when you have a guide like me, it's really exactly the same as Luke Skywalker, you know, with Yoda. I'm Yoda and my clients are Luke. You know, they're the stars of the movie. It's their movie. And I'm the guide. I'm the Jedi Master that has gone through all this stuff. You know, hopefully I'm a little taller and not as green. But anyway, you know. So that's really what can shorten someone's time so that they get a great result. Now, I'll give you another quick example. Like, I have a program, a group coaching program called the 12 Week Breakthrough, where, as you mentioned in your opening, you know, I'm known for helping people make more in 12 weeks than they did in the previous 12 months while actually winning their lives back in the process. And one of my clients named Catherine, she came and she was, you know, just doing okay, doing fine, but really kept hitting that income ceiling. Yeah. And she sent me an email one day during our class, you know, during the 12 weeks of the class. And she said, Noah, I just want you to know that yesterday, in one day, I raised $185,000 because of what you taught me. $185,000 in one day. And she said, and this is my favorite part of that email, she said, I now believe in me because you believed it. And that was so powerful.
Wow. That, you know, that touches me and it gives me, I'm a very visual thinker when people talk. And so what I was thinking is that you teach people to confront their reflection in the mirror.
That's a really great way to say it. And in fact, part of my teaching that I, you know, was in my— from my very first book, Permission to Succeed, almost 30 years ago, is in fact called your negative reflection. The negative reflection is that voice in your head that says, you know, well, you can't do it, you're not good enough, who's going to listen to you, and so on, you know, like Katherine's example, you know, so I showed her how to confront that, you know, that negative reflection, which I now also refer to as your head trash. Your head trash is the voice in your head that says, I can't do it because— and I show people why that voice is a liar. But see, like I said, if you're going through this all by yourself, it's hard. You know, it's hard to read the inside of the label from inside the bottle. I should say that, you know, you can't read the label from inside the bottle. We're all in our own little bottles, aren't we? And so, you know, it's, it usually does take someone from the outside going, hey, you know what, you're not broken. You're not, there's nothing wrong with you. You know, yes, you had this thing happen, which we've all had stuff happen, you know? So I think that really helps people to get through it a lot faster.
Yeah. And, you know, and I, I just, an epiphany went off in my head is that the difference then, so, you know, um, in, in your programs, you have that ability to confront that reflection. But I think what the difference is that I'm hearing is that when it goes to go to 7 figures is accepting that negativity that lives within you and, you know, and using that still to power you. Like, you're just like, uh, um, I hate, I hate this phrase, but I'm gonna use it just because people are, uh, used to it. But you, it's the phrase of, you know, but this is who I am.
Well, yeah, you know, a lot of traditional talk therapy comes from a certain paradigm, which says that there's, you know, that we're all broken, that there's something wrong with us or something like that. And I was in talk therapy for years in my 20s, because I thought something was wrong with me. And then, you know, I realized that's kind of a weird paradigm, because you're always coming from the belief that there's something wrong with me, and I'm broken. And, you know, a lot of people, a lot of us were raised that way, you know, to believe that. And so, you know, with this, you know, with my coaching, with my Power Habit system, it really is realizing what I said a moment ago. You know, we're not really broken. We're not. We just had stuff happen to us. You know, it's, you know, we're still that same light that we came into this world with. It's just that a lot of people have had a lot of stuff happen. And that makes it— it does make it hard to believe in yourself. And so many times it takes, you know, that, that Yoda to come in and say, you know, Luke, you can do it. And, you know, to show you the ways of the Force, to keep going with that analogy. But really it is. And it really is to show you who you really are and that, you know, we are enough.
Yes. And I have one question that might be like a dummy question, but I think it's a question to ask. Is, do you believe that all businesses should shoot to make 7 figures?
Well, here's how I put it. I am like the architect and I help people design and build their dream houses. Now, it's not up to me to tell you what kind of house you should have, right? So like, let's say you wanna have your dream home and you go to an architect and he says, well, you know, these are the kind of houses we build and, you know, it's gotta have 5 bedrooms. And it's three stories, and it's this and that. And you're like, well, I only need three bedrooms. Well, nope, sorry, we only have five bedrooms. You know, it's like, well, wait a minute, you know. So I don't believe that it's up to anybody to tell anybody, you know, what they should want. So the point is, and this is what I always say to my clients, whether you know it's one-on-one or group coaching, I say, listen, it's your house. You're going to live in it. I'm not living in it, but I will help you build it. I'll help you design it, build it, and then we'll get it done. Really, really fast because I've helped thousands of people build their dream homes, really build their dream lives. Right. And so that's what I say it is. Now, the reason that I call it the 7-figure machine is because that is a big goal for a lot of people. You know, so that is a big— that's like the number one thing people want to scale up. So the, you know, the typical entrepreneur that I help is really at that $10K per month, which is, you know, a nice 6-figure living, which is great, right? Nothing wrong with that. I mean, hey, that's a great living. But I'll give you another example. Another one of my clients, Sheila, is a business owner in California, and she was at $5,000 a month when she came to me. Nothing wrong with that, right? $60K a year, nice living, right? But she knew she could do a lot more. But she had spent all this money on all these different coaches and everything and just kept hitting that income ceiling. So she joined my 12-Week Breakthrough program, and in less than 12 weeks, I was able to get her to where she was before. It was $5,000 a month. Now she's making $75,000 per month. $75,000 from $5,000. That's a 1,500% increase. And you say, well, no, that's impossible. I say, go watch her interview. Her video's right there on the website. You know, these are real people, real stories. And that's why, you know, I love this. I love this because that's how, you know, it's a system, which means that as long as you take action, Um, it really can work for, for anybody who puts in the effort. Wow.
Uh, you know, I like your, your, um, Star Wars analogy. And, um, and then I see like, um, uh, you know, uh, kind of, uh, learning how— what you're teaching people is learning how to— going along with the analogy, everyone, um, is teaching people how to use the Force.
Right.
Right. Um, and, and lift things and, you know, and, you know, be like, uh, you know, uh, and attack their quote unquote Dark Vaders. In their lives.
That's right. And I mean, it is funny because that's what those original movies are. Now, you know, of course, it's gone off the deep end, shall we say, but I'm just talking about the original trilogy. You know, that it is, and that I believe, you know, the Force is within all of us, and that Force, of course, is love, right? The love is the light side, and fear is the dark side, you know, and Let's face it, we all have that in us, don't we? I mean, you know, it's that old angel on one shoulder, devil on the other, you know, however you want to put it. And so it's really helping people to come from that place of I am enough. And that's what I've been doing for 30 years now. And it works pretty darn well.
Yes. Looking to reach people who believe what you believe? Advertise on the Project Good Podcast. Contact us at projectgood.work/podcast. Advertise today. And now I want to talk about some specifics that are with the book. One of the things are, you know, you know, after I would say you get into a 6-figure business, you know, most people obviously know their marketing pretty well at that point. And so you do talk about that. There are 4 marketing tactics, though, that you consider total game changers. Is that something you can share?
Oh yeah, absolutely. So, the 7 Figure Machine book is really like all of my books. It's laid out very step by step, very systematically with checklists and, you know, fill in the blank. And it's so funny because people say to me, Noah, I wish all these gurus would write like you do because you're so like step by step. And I'm like, yeah, I gave them over half a million dollars only to find out they can't teach their way out of a paperback. And so I would give them all this money and say, will you just tell me what to do? And of course they never did. You know, they were just talking a bunch of air and it's like, ah, so frustrating. So, you know, that's why, you know, in the 7 Figure Machine book, there are, you know, the chapters are laid out very simply and frankly, very systematically, exactly like building a house to go back to the house analogy. You know, when you're building a house, you can't just start on the 3rd floor and expect everything to work out. You know, you've got to, Build it step by step. You got to first you got to dig the hole, right? Then you pour the basement. Then you put the frame on. Then you put the electricity. I mean, you know, if you start from the outside in, then they ain't gonna look too good, and you're gonna wind up with a house like, oh shoot, we forgot to put the electricity in. Oh darn it! You know, not a good idea. And that's what a lot of entrepreneurs are doing. They're you know every day they're saying, man, it's cold in here. And then they start slapping boards together, hoping a house shows up. So what I give you in the book, and frankly with all my coaching, is is the blueprint step by step fill in the blank. And you find numbers, you know, so really we start with, you know, to answer your question, the 4 marketing tactics. The first thing we have to start with is offers, right? So I give it, I give you my 7-figure offer secrets and a lot of others skip this step. They forget that they have to create these irresistible offers in order to stand out in a very, very crowded and noisy marketplace. So everything starts with your offer. Then the next thing you need to do is my 7-figure product secrets. Once you have an offer, you gotta create products. Now, there's lots and lots of different products you can do. I give you lots of examples in the book about different products you can create. But I believe that one product that every entrepreneur should have is a book. Now, I've written 25 books and, you know, I'm probably going to write some more. But one of the things that we do now is, for example, we help entrepreneurs get their books done because a lot of people have started asking me, Noah, you know, you've written all these books and I want to write a book. Can you teach me how to write a book or can you just Can you just do it for me? Can you write a book for me? And I'm like, well, yeah, I actually can do that. So now we have a book done for you service where we actually, you know, when entrepreneurs come to us and they say, hey, you know what? I heard what you said, Noah. I want to get my book, but I don't know where to start, you know? And so you've done this, so can you help me do it? So I'll give you an example. Like one of our clients is a stem cell doctor in Nashville, and he told me that he had been thinking about writing a book for 10 years. Think about that, writing a book for 10 years. But he said, I don't know where to start. I don't know who to trust. You know, so much noise out there, so much misinformation. And so anyway, he hired me and we got his book done in 8 weeks. So think about that from 10 years of just thinking about it with nothing, you know, to 8 weeks. So that's an example of how, you know, how fast this can work when you have a system, you know. And then I give you my 7 Figure Cash Machine Secrets. I'm showing you how to actually have that online, you know, automated income and then list building. And then client attraction, and then finally seven-figure scaling secrets. So once you're at that, you know, let's say you're right now at six figures. I know I show you how to scale up so that really it's it's a very simple process. Not saying it's easy, but because every step of the way we still have to confront our fears, you know. So this book is really pure outer game, but you got to make sure that you're also doing your inner game at the same time.
Yes, and I I like your approach. I'm you know obviously you know you you've studied extensively. You have over thirty. years of experience. I like that you use the, like, I guess you could say scientific methodology.
Yeah.
To your approach.
Well, it really is. In fact, I was, when I wrote my first book, I was in college studying to be, or I was a biology major, then I switched to a religious science major. But yeah, this definitely comes from, I mean, they call me the Sheldon Cooper of self-help. I'm like the nerdiest nerd in the industry. So that's, I have always applied the science. And I wish I wish that when I paid all that money to all those guys, I wish one of them did it my way, but not one of them does. They all are just air, you know? And it's like, oh my God, will you just answer the question? You know, I paid you money to show me how to do this and you didn't do anything. You know, there's no there there. And that was so aggravating. So, you know, that's what a lot of— like, another client, just to use another— give you another example, Tamisa. She was a seminar junkie. That was her word. She described herself as a recovered seminar junkie, going to all these seminars, you know? And she was making 6 figures. She was doing well, but, you know, couldn't break through that income ceiling. She joined my 12-Week Breakthrough Program, and you can watch her video on the website too. And in 2 weeks, she tripled her investment. In just 2 weeks with me, she tripled her investment. And we hadn't even gotten to the money part yet. That's another example of how powerful this is.
I think I, you know, it's been a while since I have, you know, just done physics and biology, but I remember, you know, Um, with the methodology, then you always have like a result. And so, um, the thing that just gets, uh, lost is like you can go back and trace your steps, you know, where did it go wrong? Um, and so, um, you know, uh, which then, you know, hopefully for most people that then makes it clear, right? Because that's the thing that people, when something goes wrong, they're like, where did we turn wrong?
Right? Right.
And so that answers it. One of the things though, when I think about all of this and, you know, and maybe when you get to a point you're doing 6 figures and looking at 7 figures, you've already mastered this. But I still hear from a lot of people that are, you know, when they get to a certain level, they get to avoid like burnout and losing your life. That seems to be the biggest— that seems to be the biggest thing that That happens to a lot of business owners. I think the tide is turning now that we have the online. I think the online is key versus, you know, the traditional brick-and-mortar business that you, you have that maybe prevents burnout. But you can speak to that. I'm not sure if, you know, the people who do have brick-and-mortar, you know, able to have the freedom. But I guess, how do people keep themselves from not burning out on this way to the dream business?
It just keeps going back to inner game and outer game, you know. And so one of the things that I teach in my coaching and in my books is what I call the Freedom Lifestyle Formula. The Freedom Lifestyle Formula is something I've been teaching my clients for many, many years now. And that is the 4 elements of what it really means to be free, right? That's, that's why we started our business, isn't it, is to have That freedom, that financial freedom, time freedom, location freedom in some cases. And so, and really to be able to do the things that you want to do when you want to do them with whom you want to do them. And so, you know, when you when you look at my or when you start to install my freedom lifestyle formula, it involves these four areas of time, energy, relationships, and money. Time, energy, relationships, and money. And so. When you have an abundance of those four elements, you have a freedom lifestyle, and when you don't, you don't. Right? So what's really nice about my freedom lifestyle formula is anyone listening to this program can actually you can actually take your own freedom temperature right now. It's like going to the doctor, right? When you go to the doctor, you're feeling sick, right? You don't go to the doctor when you're feeling great. Hey, Doc, I feel great. Well, what are you doing here? You know. So it's usually when something's not so not so hot, right? You're not feeling so great. Something's out of whack. Well, it's like that with so many people's. Businesses or careers. And so, you know, you can actually take your freedom temperature right now. That's the first thing the doctor does, they take your temperature. So now you can take your freedom temperature. And just very simply, on a scale from 1 to 10, in time, energy, relationships, and money, rate yourself from 1 to 10, 1 being I'm totally stuck, 10 being I'm totally free. You know, I have that freedom that I want in time and energy and relationships and money. And if you find yourself anything lower than a 25, You know, when you total all those 4 quadrants up, anything less than a 25, you'd need to get to the ICU right now. That means you got to get some help, whether it's, you know, read one of my books or, you know, go to my website about, you know, book a breakthrough call so we can help you. And by the way, you know, when you go to breakthroughwithnoah.com, that's, you know, one of our sites you can check out, you can actually book a 15-minute breakthrough call with me or one of my coaches, and we can actually show you how to install this, really. You know, very, very quickly in the next 12 weeks or less so that, you know, you really can have that time, the energy, the relationships, and the money that you really want. And that's why you got in the business in the first place.
Yes. And so, um, leaning towards like, um, because I, I don't believe that we're probably going to, um, slow down from the technological standpoint. I think it's just gonna keep going and going maybe to the Star Wars era. I don't know if I'll be there alive, and in some ways I hope not. Because like, uh, after, you know, after where we are now in 6 months, I believe there might be a real Darth Vader.
Oh well.
And I'm not, uh, you know, and I'm, and I'll be from the older generation, so I won't know how to wield my laser. Um, well.
Oh boy.
Um, so anyway, sorry, I had to have fun with it. But since we are moving to doing that, and I think, I don't know if you, I predict that how we do business is going to change drastically in 5 years and definitely in 10. I guess what, let's, let me ask you that question first. Do you think that business is going to drastically change?
Well, one of the biggest changes that I've seen over the last, you know, decade is the advent of artificial intelligence, AI. And, you know, for— this, of course, has been coming for quite a while now, but, you know, just in the last 18 months, it's, you know, exploded everywhere. And, you know, you can't go anywhere without hearing about AI. And, you know, when it first came on the scene and people started talking about it, I was really— I really hung back a little bit because I am the opposite of an early adopter. What I am is I want to see what everybody else does first and see how they crash and burn. You know, and then learn from their mistakes. There's an old saying that says, you know, a smart person learns from their mistakes; a wise person learns from other people's mistakes. And so anyway, that's why everybody reading my books is actually going to be very wise because I made all the mistakes for you. But anyway, so with AI, I was like, let's just see how this plays out because I've seen enough fads and gimmicks come and go. And I'm like, and then after a while, I'm like, this is not a fad. This ain't going anywhere. This is not going away. And so now, you know, I jumped in. To the deep end of the pool. You know, now I use AI every day in my business and I absolutely love it. So the way that I see it is that there are going to be 2 kinds of entrepreneurs in the next 5 to 10 years, those that use AI and those that are out of business. So I believe, you know, there's a lot of people afraid of it, of course, because when you mess with people's rice bowls, that's when they start to get nervous. And, you know, there's a lot of people that are losing their jobs or are certainly afraid of losing their job. And so, you know, I Counsel. I coach my clients, you know, look, it ain't going away. You know, you can bury your head in the sand if you want, but it's not going anywhere. So we might as well embrace it. And of course, I teach people how to utilize it, you know, and use it as the tool that it was designed to be.
Yes. And so since you're— I guess I like the fact that you, you know, observe before jumping. But I guess that comes in the science of either being a scientist as you are.
Indeed.
Yeah, that is. You know, so there's a lot of now, of course, because of AI and, you know, obviously there's conversations every day and people are, you know, the potential of AI, it seems, you know, could be unlimited or is unlimited, I guess, if you ask the right people. And so what I guess, as you are starting to guide people in this digital landscape, what is something you can just name one thing that either that you have now, either in the book or something that are thinking of is going to make your approach different when coaching people in this new era of digital marketing, of where it's going to be going.
Yeah, I really, you know, to continue with what I was saying, I mean, that's the point is you just have to adapt it. You're gonna have to install it. It's not going away. It's not going anywhere. And frankly, I say this to my clients, literally every day, which is AI, the way that I utilize it anyway, and teach people to use it, is the most helpful tool since the advent of the internet. Now, the internet was the biggest change, of course, we've ever seen in human history in terms of communication. Well, AI is the second biggest. And I mean, some would argue it's the biggest, but I mean, to me, okay, the internet is still first because guess what? AI is running on the internet. So, you know, It's like chicken and egg there. But my point is that you definitely have to learn, get comfortable with it. I just started messing around with it, and now I use it every single day, like I said. And frankly, it's an indispensable tool at this point. So I think, you know, you've got to understand that that is where we are and where we're going to continue to go.
Fantastic. I like that you embrace the new. Now I'm going to ask Who, kind of just selling your book outright, who is your book for?
It's for entrepreneurs who are, let's say, at that $10K per month level, and they just keep hitting that income ceiling, and they've gone to all the gurus, they've spent a lot of money. Maybe you're spending a lot on ads and not seeing the results you want. Maybe you're trying to get more sales, more leads, more conversions. So I really walk you through all of that. You know, we start with the offers, the products, The cash machine, you know, really. And I know that sounds funny to some people, but it really is. I mean, it's that old cliché. You can literally make money while you sleep. I do that every single day. And I've been doing it for many, many years now. And I teach my clients how to do it. And there's nothing greater, I think, talking about that freedom again that I was mentioning. That really is freedom. Because if you think about a typical job, a job is you put X amount of money in and you get Y dollars out. The problem is you can never separate those 2. You're always trading time for money. So now with my 7 Figure Cash Machine or with my 7 Figure Machine framework methodology, you can literally separate time and money, meaning you can put in X amount of time and make 10x, 20x, 50x amount of money. And they're really, the sky's the limit. And that's what's really nice about it. So it's really for people who just want to scale up, you know, break through that income ceiling and win their lives back at the same time.
I love it. And it's the perfect book for the times that we are in because I was thinking about everything we've went through since 2020 till now. And I think the thing that people realize, because maybe before the pandemic, of course, if you were— maybe you were an outlier or considered an outlier because people didn't want to, you know, agree with you. But people realize the real value is not the paper dollars or the digital, you know, Bitcoins or whatever you're using, but it really is the time. Because the one thing that you cannot get back— and so people really realize that, I believe, during the pandemic Because that's all we had. And time, and time could do a lot of things for you. You know, it was either it gave you hope, right? Some people got unfortunately depressed. Some people were like, okay, I realize I can't spend time with this person anymore.
Ella, Ella.
Yeah, right. Time became very like clear. And people started realizing that the real currency on the planet, of course, we have different currencies. There's the highest one of love, but there's the other currency of time. And so people are like, this one is— I really got to rethink this one.
Well, the point is, time is the only resource that can never be replaced. You can always replace money. You know, I spent over half a million dollars with those guys. And, you know, it sucks to lose money, but you can always get money back. But the one thing you can't get back is time. You know, the 20 years that I had to spend, you know, trying to figure it out on my own is gone, and it's gone forever. And see, that's what hurts, because that is when you know you can't get that time back. So that's what my book is for. That's who my book is for. And that's what my coaching is for, is for people to win their lives back so you don't Have to look back with regret. Instead, you can look forward with happiness, anticipation, and yes, love.
I love it, and I think that's a way to a wonderful way to end it because it's the most valuable resource. And then this makes the book, you know, depending on how far, of course, people want to push themselves, which I believe more people will be pushing themselves further in the future. The book opens up to. You know, almost every individual. So thank you so much for everything today. Thank you, Dr. Noah St. John, for your time and insight.
