Do you have an inferiority complex? I know I did. All right, and how did I overcome it? So today's topic is how I got rid of an inferiority complex. How can I get rid of the fear to talk in public? Hilda, what I recommend to my clients all the time is 2 things. Number one is join Toastmasters. Toastmasters.com. If you go to Toastmasters.org, Toastmasters is an international— we can practice speaking in public. All right, so anytime clients come to me and they say, hey Noah, I want to be a public speaker, or I want to make money like you do speaking in front of large groups or even small groups or have masterminds or whatever, but I'm scared to speak in public. Okay, well, you know, what do I do? That's the first thing I always tell them to go to Toastmasters. Toastmasters enables you to do is to be organized. And what you do is you just, you know, the first thing you talk about is something that you know very, very well, and that is you tell your story. You just talk about yourself. And every one of us All of us walking this earth have some kind of story of overcoming something. All right. Most of us have had to overcome very humble backgrounds. My point is that many, many years ago, before I ever made a dime as a speaker, before my first book was out, before I ever had a website, before I even knew what I was here on the earth to do, I joined Toastmasters because I knew that no matter what, no matter what I did, even if I was going to be a salesperson Or if I was going to be a minister, these were all things that I thought of doing many years ago before I started Success Clinic. I knew I'd have to speak in public. I will say that it was a turning point for me to be able to have that confidence that I could speak in public. And I entered some competitions as well. And I mean, it's just fun and it's incredibly inexpensive. I mean, it costs so little to join for the results that it's going to be and the outcomes you're going to get and the benefits you're going to receive. So, that's what I highly, highly, highly recommend. And the second thing is to find a loving mirror. Get a coach, get a mentor, someone who is where you want to be. All right. So, do you want to make money as a speaker like I am? Do you want to make money as a coach? Do you want to make money as a mentor? Do you want to speak to groups? Then you need a mentor. You need someone who, number one, is there, who is where you want to be, wherever that is, who has the lifestyle that you want or the business that you want. And number 2, more importantly, can actually teach you the steps of how to get there. So that would be my suggestion. I'm just thrilled to be here and thrilled to be your mentor, your coach, and your guide on this journey to your success, to your lifestyle, your breakthrough. And for everyone here at successclinic.com, I'm Noah St. John signing off for now. And until next time, I look forward to being a part of your success story. See you next time, everyone. Bye-bye for now.
