Hello, good evening. This is Leslie Kay from Northern Virginia. Thanks for joining me, and I am talking about the Get Unstuck Now program with Noah St. John. This is week 2, and we are learning how to gain some freedom with our energy, or more properly, really how to leverage our energy. And that is going very well. It's three steps here. It's first is forgiving the past or your past, yourself and others. And that is has been known for a long time, right? I mean, I've been hearing it for forever, and forgiveness always is for yourself. I need to forgive myself. I am so hard on myself. And this is one area which I know in a week, even doing all the exercises, you know, it's not something I can fix in a week, right? Getting Unstuck Now is a 4-week program, and I have seen lots of improvements. And Noah St. John, appreciating your present is an absolutely fabulous way to energize you, to focus on what is going on around you, whether it be small, like appreciating for me today that the sun was out. I can appreciate things even when I'm having a horrible, horrible day, when I am so sick I cannot move and I am in intense pain and I have to stay in bed. I will appreciate as I am taking a painkiller. I will appreciate and I say in gratitude. Thank you. I have such a great doctor that he understands the pain I'm in, and I have this pain pill to help me. So that's a small thing, but it's a big thing. It gets me in a frame of mind of thanks, and I know soon I will not be in so. So much pain. Sometimes I am thankful for such big, wonderful things. So you can be thankful for, you know, it doesn't have to be amazingly complicated big things. You can be thankful for the sound of the birds. I love gratitude. I love gratitude. And I must say, I, a couple months ago, I realized how far away from gratitude I was. So I offer that up to you.
