What do you advise people to do now that are like, you know, trying to put their best foot forward? They're doing what mentors are telling them, they're reading books, but they're feeling guilty or they're just like not happy. Oh, your head trash is the voice in your head that says, I can't do it because... So it was, well, I can't do it, meaning I can't succeed, I'll never get ahead or whatever your dream might be, to lose weight, to make money, to start your business, get more customers, whatever it might be. So I can't do it because I'm too old. I can't do it because I've made too many mistakes, 'cause I've tried everything already, Because my spouse won't support me, or whatever it might be, you know, fill in the blank. Yeah. And so the point is, what I always tell my clients, Dustin, is that the thing about your head trash is you always make yourself right. What do you mean? Well, we humans have an almost infinite capacity to make ourselves right.
