Just getting started in your 30s or 40s and feel like wealth has left you behind? Here are my 3 best tips to help you fast-track your road to wealth and financial freedom. First, invest in yourself and your skills. Continuously invest in courses, coaching, and personal development because there is no greater investment that you can make than investing in yourself. Ben Franklin said, the best investment you can make is to pour your purse into your head. That way you can use your head to fill your purse. So invest in yourself. Second, save and invest wisely. It's far smarter to be making $500,000 a year and spend $250,000 than to make a million and spend $2 million. So make sure that you're investing wisely, whether it's real estate, stocks, bonds, currencies, whatever it might be. Make sure you are living below your means rather than spending to impress others. And 3, create multiple streams of income. You want to have the Parthenon rather than the diving board. If you have a diving board, that means you have one source of income. And what if something happens to that? You're out of luck. So you want to build a Parthenon so that if one of those pillars goes out, you still have other pillars supporting your road to wealth. So those are my 3 best tips to help you build wealth, whether in your 30s or 40s or even later. You're welcome.
