I was not in a good place about the time that I found you. Wow. Well, as so many of us are when we get involved in coaching programs, we get on email lists and we get messages. I probably get 200 messages a day from different coaches trying to reach out to me. And on this particular day, yours came through from one of the internet phone programs, and the headline is what caught me. The question was something about being stuck. And how to get unstuck. Mm-hmm. I was intrigued by that because if there was one word I could use to describe myself, it would be stuck. Mm. And so I hopped onto that phone call and listened very intently to what you had to say that day. Well, the key thing I noticed, I mean, what really resonated for me was how much you had gone through similar kinds of experiences. You too had invested a great deal of time and energy into studying this creative process, and, you know, you had used affirmations diligently and they weren't working and you had that physical sensation within yourself that this just— it just doesn't feel right. How am I— how can I translate this? Why isn't it working? All these, you know, really self-defeating sort of questions that came up. Right. And your story of being in the shower and receiving the message about questions and turning questions around Flipping your thinking, thinking inside out, whatever phrase you want to use, was so powerful. And it just— I said, what if he's right? What if that really is the key? I mean, if you go to the Bible and it says, you know, ask and it is given, be open to receive it. What if it is just that simple? Asking a question coming from the right place, from a positive question rather than a negative one. Mm-hmm. And that's when I really— I had to order your— I was really resistant. I have to tell you, it was a nominal amount I had spent every penny I had. Even one more small program seemed overwhelming to me, but I ordered it. I was now— I was really on it. It was Easter morning. I'm emailing your office on Easter morning saying, can I get it today? I know it's Easter, but can I get it today? And I did, and that really began a rapid change. It was amazing.
