So this is really important that you just take honest stock. All right. This is one of the things where we start with my coaching clients. Where are you? Right. If you want to take a trip, let's say you want to go from New York to Los Angeles. Well, first of all, you need to know where you're starting from. Right. So if I, if I give you directions to get to Los Angeles and you're starting in Miami and you're not in New York, that's going to be a totally different story, isn't it? Right. So we got to know where you are right now. So where are you spending most of your time right now? Where are you spending most of your effort and your focus? Is it going to get you where you want to go? Yes or no? All right, number 2, set clear measurable goals for scaling your business over the next quarter and the next year. So what's your goal for the next quarter, the next year? For— here's an example, maybe you want to add an additional $10,000 per month while working less. Maybe you want to add an additional $50,000 or $100,000 or a million, whatever it might be. All right, so you've got to get very, very clear because if you're not clear about where you want to go, you're not going to know how to get there. All right, number 2. Or number 3, develop your team. Now consider the roles and expertise you need to add to your team to support your growth. Now when you're starting out, of course I know it's all you.
