Hi, I'm Chantal and I'm the clinic manager at Dr. Preema London Clinic. I wanted to give you a little bit of feedback and tell you about my experience with Exomind. So we brought the device on a few months ago now, and I was a little bit skeptical because I'm quite a cynical person, in all honesty. Um, but I was listening to what we were being told, understanding case studies, and what the results were so far, and I thought, I've got to give this a try. I've really struggled with sleep, um, probably over the last couple of years, since even since my son was born about 6 years ago. And I always find that I can't switch off at night, so I've, um, can take an hour, sometimes longer, to fall asleep. And I'm always exhausted, so I can fall asleep on the sofa but then struggle to get to sleep once I'm in bed, and that could be at 10 o'clock. So It really didn't make sense. So for me, the XMind, that was what it was all about. To say that it has been a life-changing treatment for me is probably an understatement. So the first session or so I did, even 2 sessions, I didn't really notice a huge amount of difference. But then following that, I've noticed that within sort of 5 or 10 minutes, my head hits the pillow and I'm out cold. I don't even remember falling asleep more often than not now because I'm falling asleep so quickly. The sleep is also solid, um, and especially this time of year, it's exceptionally hot and I've really struggled to stay asleep a lot of the time. I'm finding that if I'm waking up, maybe it's once or twice at most, and otherwise I'm staying asleep for sort of 7-8 hours solid. And on top of that, I've lost a significant amount of weight, and that has been from kind of changing my mindset beforehand. I was always very quick to, if there was a bar of chocolate, to go and eat it. If there was a sweet in front of me, I'd go and eat it. But now I've completely changed my mindset and I'm not snacking at all in the same way, or I'm having the odd sweet, a bar of chocolate here and there, but I'm not eating anywhere near as much as I could because I actually question myself on whether or not I should be doing it. Beforehand, I wasn't, and I would just do it and there was no reasoning behind it. Whereas now I genuinely question every time I want something sweet, or do I need to eat? It's really late, I'm not actually hungry. Why am I eating just because it's dinner time, or I haven't had dinner, or why am I eating breakfast when I'm not actually hungry yet? Um, I can wait a little bit longer. So I'm questioning in my own self what I should and shouldn't be doing. So I've seen it not only my sleep improve, but my, my diet, my health, my weight is— has been a real change for me. So I'm very much looking forward to maintaining this as a treatment now, because now that I've got to where I am, I certainly don't want to go back to where I was.
