Dr Preema Featured on ITV2's Price of Perfection | Exomind & Emsculpt Neo

The video follows reality‑TV star Bri Tiesi, a cast member of Selling Sunset, as she visits a London cosmetic clinic for a brand collaboration. The crew, including host Olivia and several on‑camera participants, discuss the pervasive cosmetic‑surgery culture in Hollywood, Bri’s personal history of multiple procedures (breast augmentations, nose surgery, mini‑facelifts), and the financial and social pressures that drive such choices. The centerpiece of the visit is a non‑invasive brain‑wellness treatment called ExoMind, explained by Dr Preema Vig as a transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) protocol targeting the left brain to improve sleep, mood, and mental clarity. Dr Vig outlines a six‑session course, pricing (£500 per session, £2,400 for the full course), and mild side‑effects (headaches, dizziness). The group also experiences an Emsculpt Neo session, which uses electromagnetic energy to induce muscle contractions for body‑toning, with safety notes about pregnancy. Throughout, the participants share their own aesthetic maintenance routines (fillers, anti‑wrinkle injections, HydraFacial, dermaplaning, IV vitamins) and recount past treatment regrets (fat‑dissolving complications). The video blends casual, conversational banter with promotional content, offering viewers insight into the cost, logistics, and cultural context of high‑end cosmetic and wellness procedures.
Chapters
Oh my gosh, this time—
oh, the things we do.
Celebrities and their complex relationship with cosmetic surgery. Hollywood A-listers set the beauty standard for many of us. I'm about to meet a celebrity who has flown in from Beverly Hills and is no stranger to a cosmetic treatment. I'm waiting for Bri from Selling Sunset.
She's in London to get some treatments.
Hopefully she's an open book and wants to talk about all things surgery. Right, I'm gonna go. She goes to the appointment without me, then I'll have nothing to do all afternoon.
35-year-old Bri Tiesi is best known as one of the most outspoken and unapologetically honest agents on the hit series Selling Sunset.
You think that I can't sit in a room with a bunch of bitches that hate me?
I'll be just fine.
But, like, if that's who you think I am, I'm telling you right now, I would have blown this shit up completely different. Like, if I really wanted to take Chelsea down, I had the perfect opportunity to do that. I really did.
I want it.
I get it. Brie's in town for a brand collaboration with a London cosmetic clinic and has invited me along for the ride.
Hi. How are you? I'm good. How are you?
We're halfway, right?
Oh, you look so cool.
Thank you.
I'm like super casual.
I love it.
Oh my God. You are so— snatched to hell.
Are you filming Selling Sunset right now?
We are. We just started.
That's a lot.
Do you enjoy it?
No, definitely not.
Says anyone that's ever been on a reality TV show.
You're like, no.
All right, baby.
Okay.
Does that hair feel tight? No, no, it is like—
I'm so used to it. I like the little mini facelift it gives me. Yeah, yeah, just tie her up. But I want to actually go and get a mini facelift. I want to do the lower.
Is that your like next thing?
I think so. I will get 3 facelifts if I need to. Gotta be the hot girl, okay?
What about being on the show? Like with Selling Sunset, it's obviously a big female cast. Everyone's gorgeous. Do you feel pressure in that environment?
I think that there's definitely a pressure to being in LA and being in the entertainment industry. And statistically they do say the women that put themselves together earn more. And social media, it obviously it makes us a little desensitized to it. And it's just like you're seeing all these before and afters and all these things that you can do and you're like, oh shit, okay, maybe I do wanna do that. But it would've never crossed your mind before, you know?
In terms of your appearance, your body, like do you ever experience any trolling?
Some people will be like, oh, she's plastic. And I was like, I'm sorry you can't afford it. Like, you know, like, but I'm very just, I'm just so bitchy. Don't play with me. They have like literally my ugly year from the year I graduated high school. I was dating somebody that was also in the industry during high school.
Okay.
We did a red carpet and this is when you like smudge black eyeliner all over. I didn't know to do my eyebrows, fill them in. Like I just like let my hair wave out and it was my first carpet in my BB dress. And like I was a kid.
Yeah.
And everyone like goes back to that picture being like, oh, this is what she looked like before.
Can I see this famous photo?
Sure. Might as well. This is that one damn photo. This fucking picture. Here.
Oh, but I actually think you look so cute.
I was always tan. I was always so tan. I look orange there because I think I probably had one of those box spray tans.
I was 18.
Cute.
It's horrific.
In LA, what's the surgery culture like at the moment?
We love plastic surgery. Yeah. Everyone has everything. They just act like they don't.
And I just woke up like this and I'm like, Bitch, please.
Okay.
None of us wake up like that.
Do you think in Beverly Hills they maybe just charge whatever they want?
They charge up the ass for literally, like, you can go to Texas and get your boobs done for $5, but I paid $25.
Because of literally the postcode.
Yeah. And I mean, some of them are amazing.
Yeah.
But I wanna go to like the specialist. So like Garth Fisher, he does mainly boobs.
And Garth Fisher's the guy that also did Kylie Jenner's boob job. She tagged him and he's blown up.
Yeah. Mad as fuck.
He did yours?
Mm-hmm.
He's done mine 3 times now. So I got them done when I was 18 and then I got them done at 30 and then I literally found out a month later I was pregnant with my son. So I was like, waste of new titties. But I then had capsule contraction.
Yeah.
So capsule's basically scar tissue around the implant starts to like sort of squeeze it.
Your body thinks it's basically a foreign object and it's like protecting you. So like during that time, I think just breastfeeding and hormones and shit, it just starts to reject. This one was so bad, it was connecting to my collarbone and the scar tissue, like when he cut it out was like a plate full of scar tissue. Oh gosh. And this one's perfect, my left. And so I did another one in December and so far so good.
So 4 in total. Have you done anything else?
I've done my nose. Best thing I ever did.
I was gonna say, it looks great.
Changed my whole face.
Really?
I broke my nose multiple times as a kid. I was such a tomboy, so my shit was mangled. And then I waited, actually I got my boobs before my nose 'cause everyone was like, Oh, it's character, it's different. I'm like, no, she's gotta go. Has to go quickly.
Do you get offered a lot of free stuff?
Everything. Everything.
Yeah.
All the time. And I think that's the hard part also because as tempting as that is, you have to really look into like where you're going and what you're doing and all of that. But it's also like you're referring people.
What do you think you spent?
Oh God.
Let's say boob jobs alone. 80-ish, probably. Yeah, probably like 80 for my boobs. My nose was what, 15, 20?
Yeah. So easily it's like over $100,000.
Yeah, yeah, I'm sure.
And actually in Beverly Hills, that's like not too bad going.
That's nothing.
So what are you going to have done today?
Today I'm going to do ExoMind with Dr. Preema Vig.
Mind like the head?
Yeah.
Are you going to be able to get it on with the bun?
We're going to find out. I didn't really think that through. This is probably why I need this machine.
Not thinking clearly.
Should we go?
Ready. Let's go.
I'm excited to see this treatment.
Oh, me too.
Love me a clinic.
See what else I can get from her today.
Oh my God, this is like right your pace. Oh my God, that looks like a stately home.
It's bougie.
I could see myself living there.
What kind of commission would you get on a $20 million property?
$20 million is like $600,000, $700,000.
Fuck off.
As well as selling properties on Sunset, Bri is also paid to promote the latest beauty trends. But today she's trying out a new non-invasive therapy that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate regions of the brain which claim to improve mental wellness.
Hi.
Hi.
Nice to meet you.
Olivia. Nice to meet you.
Bri.
Hi, how are you?
And she's getting paid to tell her more than 3 million followers across social media about it.
This treatment is based on transcranial magnetic stimulation. And it's going to be treating the left side of your brain. It deals with sleep, deals with our moods.
Other claimed benefits include reduced brain fog and greater mental clarity.
And how many times do you do this?
So it's a course of 6.
Okay.
And you can have it once or twice a week.
Oh, okay.
So you don't feel anything or hear anything? Is it like—
No, it's gentle tapping.
What do you charge for the course of 6?
So it's £500 per session. And if— when people pay for the course upfront, then it's £2,400.
So it's pretty expensive.
Is that—
do you think? For something that you can't see the results on?
Don't ask me, actually. Never mind, I don't know.
So are you excited to get the left side of your brain activated?
I think my whole brain needs help, so I'll take any side. Any at all.
OK, so during this treatment, you cannot fall asleep, OK?
And—
Why?
Because you need the brain to still be active. I want you to think of positive things that you would like from this treatment. If it's better sleep, how much time would you like to spend?
Millions in commission.
Oh my God. Yeah, exactly.
Just the money.
Okay, I'm gonna place the handpiece on your scalp now. Okay.
Okay. Just—
you ready?
Yep.
So you'll feel a tapping sensation.
Okay.
Right, I'm gonna strap you slightly.
Strap?
Okay, I'm going to start turning the device on.
Okay.
So I'm going to start off gentle.
Side effects of Exomind could include headaches and dizziness, and a consultation is required to assess suitability.
How about since I'm on here, I manifest some abs? Can I? Yeah, yeah, of course you can.
Yeah, you can.
Right.
Using the same electromagnetic energy to trigger muscle contractions, EMSculpt claims to help tone up the body.
Is that the right position?
Perfect.
Yeah. Okay, I'm going to start you slow.
Oh my gosh, that was really smart. It made me jump. Is this going to affect the baby?
I'm joking, I'm joking, I'm joking.
I'm like, yes, ma'am.
If you are pregnant, you should avoid Emsculpt. Risks include muscle soreness and redness.
Oh my God.
Are you okay over there?
I might shit my pants.
Oh, the things we do.
I know. What is like— I have quite a hefty maintenance schedule. I like to do a laser. Yep. Once in a couple of months. I like to do a HydraFacial.
Yep.
I like to do a bit of dermaplaning.
I love dermaplaning.
So nails, hair.
All of it.
All of it?
That, tattoo removal.
Anti-wrinkle injections.
Yep.
Filler.
I'll tattoo my eyebrows.
Oh, I like a skin booster.
Like the peptides?
Yeah.
Yes. I like glutathione.
Love.
And I get IVs once a week.
Well, the good stuff.
I'm like everything.
I have a full regimen.
It's exhausting.
Is there any treatments that you've done that you've regretted?
The fat dissolving. It left like—
The injections?
Yeah. It was like I tried to do under my banana roll because like I've always had thigh and butt, but it just felt like one butt.
So under your butt cheek?
Yeah, like another layer of fat. And they said it would just dissolve it and give it more like shape. It burned so bad. I had to bleach it. I had to do laser.
I had to do so many things.
It was crazy.
It did not work at all. And there was plenty of fat to eat, so it did not work.
Do you know what?
I think it's enough for one day. Thank you so much. I'm going to go. Have a safe flight.
Bye-bye.
Thank you. Thanks for letting me crash.
I hope your left side of your brain feels amazing after that.
It does. It's getting there.
Bye, darling.
Bye, sweetie.
