Hi, my name is Dr. Preema Vig and I'm from London and my practice is based in Mayfair. I actually went into general practice and in 2003 I did a course, a one-day course of injectables health in London, and I then started to do aesthetics from that time but kept it tiny and continued general practice for 8 years and then became a full-time aesthetic practitioner. 15 years ago, my amazing PR, she introduced me to IS Clinical, and since then I've never looked back. So with IS Clinical coming my practice as the first skincare line. It became clear that my patients were looking for skincare that would actually make a difference to them. So over the 15 years, we realized that my patients became very passionate about this skincare range and also about the facials. Back in the day, we started off with Fire and Ice facials, and we could really see patients' skins changing in front of their eyes. I'm also addicted to it, and for 15 years now, I have not stopped using YouthEye. I've tried different products as well because people say, oh, there's another new product on the market, but I've always gone back and I won't let anyone change. I won't even try anything else now. With my patients, it's really interesting because I get to know my patients well and they also want to know what I'm using. So that helps considering I've had a long relationship with it's clinical, so it's very easy for me to introduce it to their treatment plan. And my medical aestheticians are trained and they have ongoing training as well as the skincare range evolves in itself. So my go-to products are Youth Eye, which I said I won't leave ever, and Pro-Heal. I always use that in the morning. And my active serum at nighttime. Again, 15 years. It's amazing.
