In this video segment, Dr. Preema demonstrates the Aura 3D skin analysis device during a patient consultation. She walks through each of the device's visual filters—wrinkles, texture, pigmentation, redness/inflammation, and pores—explaining what the color-coded maps represent and highlighting specific findings on the patient, such as fine lines around the eyes and neck, acne breakouts, deep versus shallow skin cavitation, superficial and deeper pigmentation, localized redness around inflamed acne, and large pores concentrated on the nose, forehead, and cheeks. The demonstration showcases how the device visualizes multiple skin layers and conditions to inform personalized treatment planning.

Let me introduce you to our new 3D skin analysis device called Aura. I'm going to demonstrate how to use this amazing device to analyze the different layers of the skin at your consultation. The wrinkles filter demonstrates fine lines and wrinkles. On this patient, we can see wrinkles around the eyes, nasal labia area, and the necklace lines. On the neck region. The texture filter shows us the skin quality. It tells us whether the patient has large pores, congestion, or blockages. The purple indicate deep cavitation in the area, and orange would indicate that they are shallow. As you can see here, the patient is suffering from breakouts and acne, and this is an indication of where the acne has been present. The pigmentation filter is amazing to demonstrate superficial pigmentation and pigmentation below the top layers of the skin. This lovely box in the corner indicates the levels of pigmentation. This shows us redness in the skin. Now she's got a beautiful blood flow in her lips, but the main focus in this particular patient is her side profile. So we're gonna go sideways and you can see see how it's quite red around her breakouts. You can see the inflammation from the acne and her sensitivity in her skin. And our final pore setting will demonstrate the pores and the oil production. Here we can see the patient does have quite a lot of large pores focused around the nose, forehead, and cheek area.
