Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode on the Holistic Dentistry Show. I'm your host, Dr. Sanda Moldovan, and with me today I have two stars, two stars of S.H.I.E.L.D., Love and Legend. Loli, welcome to the show.
Thank you. Thank you.
So how was it? How was it filming S.H.I.E.L.D.?
It was incredibly amazing. I actually felt like it was actually real. Because I was meeting my older selves. And we actually casted people who actually looked exactly like me. So I meet my 20-year-old self. I meet my 40-year-old self. I meet my 60-year-old self. And I'm having a little talk with them, one-on-one with myself. But it's so funny. They actually really look like me. And I loved the filming process because it was really fun. And off set, I was being really silly. But yeah.
What about you, Legend? What did you learn from being on the show?
What I learned from being on the show—
this show, I'm going to learn a lot.
Did you learn about working with women?
What did you learn when you were on set?
Yeah, what I learned on set on filming, I learned that, like, not many women go through struggles that they may not see. So I'm just saying, I want— I'm supporting my sister to get the word out.
Basically, it's about, like, The men that are in the movie are like more supporting of the women in the movie, which is him and my dad are like the— he's the silly one, the comedian, and just understanding us. But the whole filming process was amazing.
Was this your first time starring in a show?
No, we've been in acting films since I was 2 weeks old. But at 2 weeks old, I started at print and ads and commercials. But as I grew up, I did more movies and acting. So we know the whole camera world.
Nice.
Now being in a health documentary, was this your first time being in a health documentary?
Well, I think Biohack Yourself, my parents did our movie Biohack Yourself. That was actually my first health documentary. Then She Healed and Biodentistry. So yes, I've been in 3 health documentaries, but Biohack Yourself, um, documentaries.
So 3 health documentaries.
We did 5 Biohack Yourselves. Yeah, but it over—
that 5 biohack yourself different subjects.
Okay.
Oh, tell me about the 3 different subjects.
So biohack yourself is more girl and boy. Shield is just girl. And then little, little, little cameras on boys, like about like little, like little stuff. And then, and then Dentistry is about dentists putting, uh, talking about whole dentistry, bio dentistry.
So basically he's saying how it's like biohack yourself is more health and, and it's just about biohacking and going to all the modalities and doing like, like it's basically everything but more biohacking. And we were just going in, so that how, that's how we did it. But then we realized, let's biohack yourself is all everything, but maybe we should categorize it. And women are in there and they were talking about women's health and biohack yourself a little, so we're like we should dig deep more.
Yeah.
So we went into Shield, and then after she healed, we realized that my dad was getting the sinus, and it was more because of my grandma's and my grandpa's and my parent and my dad and mom's, like, airway sinus, the tooth issues, the root canals, and our airway issues. And that's how we dug deep into the Dentistry movie. And next year it's going to be Prepare Premiering in January.
I'm super excited about the dentistry. Yeah. Well, mostly 'cause I'm a dentist. Exactly. But what have you learned from filming all this, especially in the dentistry field? What have you learned that was like, kind of like, wow, I didn't know that was like that.
Well, a lot. I thought dentistry was all about cosmetics and brush your teeth, floss, floss. Of course you need to do that, so do it. Those are the basics. But then I thought it was about the root canal and just checkups and that's it. Quick and done. But when we discovered it, I was like, I did not—
I had no—
I had no words to say. I didn't even know that there was— it was that deep. They started telling me the, the biodentistry, the dentistry is all about the body. Every tooth is connected to each organ. And they told me they look inside the body and how it connects to here and all of this connects to here and Like my grandma, her tooth. Yeah. And the airways is—
Air is shaped out of your teeth.
Yeah. Legend, what did you learn from this, from the bio dentistry documentary?
What I learned from the bio dentistry documentary is that what my sister said, like they look on the whole body and dentists, they just look on one tooth and they take— imagine if you're like taking the main root from a tree, it's dead and then you just put it back.
What's the whole point of it? It doesn't produce air.
It doesn't do nothing. Stays and rots.
You're right.
And that's what happened to my mom. My grandma, she had the dead tooth, a root canal, and metal teeth, and she was losing her memory. And my other grandma, she had so many metals and everything that she was having foggy brain. She was having worse asthma since she had it. And my dad almost died from a sinus infection. My mom was like having trouble sleeping. She was more impulsive and angry, but I saw the difference, how biological dentistry helped and changed everything, how my mom got back. She's happier, more alive, sleeps way better. My dad is back to normal, and he, he has not got like anything from ever since his surgery. My grandma got her memory back. My other grandma started doing more active things. She started— she starts She starts having energy to do things and I'm just so grateful.
Isn't that amazing about the impact that, you know, oral health has on the body?
Yeah. And my grandpa also did a surgery. He, and it was affecting his heart. So that was really bad.
But what he changed—
how's his heart now?
His heart is amazing because he did the surgery and it was one and done and amazing.
Great.
Dr. Sanda Moldovan did both of my grandmas. Yuri Mei did my grandpa. And Dr. Dom did my mom and Andres Fernandez did my dad.
Amazing.
What did you two learn about oral health and how you're gonna take care of it and moving forward for yourselves, right?
Well, I think we're gonna take on our health seriously. We always do. Anytime we wake up, we're obviously doing our dental routine, oil pulling, oil pulling, ozone water, like gargle with ozone water. People like put those chemical garglers and just go them up. I think ozone water is the best.
I agree with you 100%. I love ozone water.
And of course I, I brush my teeth, either dry brush or I put the most healthy toothpaste. We use Revitin and then I floss and we do our whole dental and then we go downstairs, take our supplements, SNP Diagnostics. It's like they, it's amazing. They do it. It, especially for your DNA.
Uh-huh.
And it has your name on it. Like yours would say Dr. Sanda Moldovan and it would say it. So it's specifically for your DNA to help you and whatever. So we take our SNP and other vitamins like probiotic, fish oil, and then we go do our red light and PEMF and go outside and ground with my dog. Yeah.
Yeah. You do it right.
Yeah. We have our whole biohacking routine. And we drink Alphora water in our— in the morning to get us started. And we always eat a healthy breakfast.
Cool. What about you, Legend? How do you brush your teeth? Tell me, what's your oral routine when you wake up in the morning?
So I wake up in the morning, right?
I wash my face like everybody does that.
And then I— for my teeth—
are you brushing your teeth with an electric or manual brush?
Electric.
It has electric, manual, and Yeah, I suppose if you turn it off, it becomes manual. But do you put toothpaste on it or tooth powder or you just use it dry?
So I used to do it like no toothpaste, but now I do toothpaste because some people, they did dry and their teeth were clean. I'm like, how?
Do you like the taste of toothpaste?
I mean, I use like probably like I use like 3, 4 dentist toothbrushes, 5. Like I just stack them up and then brush my teeth.
You use all 3, 4 of them at once? Wow, that's amazing.
But what's the whole point of brushing without—
no, brushing sideways?
No, without—
no, dry brushing.
Dry brushing.
That's a good question. So what we're actually brushing is the plaque off the teeth. Plaque is this layer, sometimes we don't even see it, that covers the teeth and the gums. And when you're brushing dry, it disturbs that a little bit better. We actually don't need toothpaste to brush properly. Yeah, but it tastes good, so people like the toothpaste. What's that?
It's, she just explained, it's like something in your teeth that you can't even see, that it contains like dirt and everything.
Yeah. Bacteria.
What's that something?
Yeah. Plaque.
Like where is it?
It's like invisible.
Correct. It's everywhere. So a plaque is a thin biofilm or a thin layer of saliva proteins that is mixed with bacteria and a little bit of food that lines everything from the gums to the teeth, to the tongue, to the cheeks. And it goes all the way down.
So that's why it's important.
That's why it's important to floss. Because if you're brushing, right, if I had my hand like this and I would brush in between my fingers, you're not really getting the dirt, right? Do you like to floss?
Yeah, we love to floss, but people are saying don't floss too hard because sometimes when you use a toothpick or floss, never use a toothpick because it makes your teeth bleed, or I mean your gums. But when you floss, when I floss, sometimes I would floss too hard. Okay.
And sometimes it—
Does it hurt when you floss too hard?
Yeah, but so that's why now that you're saying it, that's why it hurts because that little buildup over there that's important is the one that opens up and bleeds.
Yes.
That's why you always, you always need to floss gently to like get the little foods out and but keep the little tissue, right?
Yeah, that's true. Okay. So what else do you do after you brush?
After I brush, I do like gargling with like ozone, like my, my sister does.
Good job. Do you like ozone water? You like the taste?
Mm, kinda. Okay, amazing actually.
And yeah, I love it too.
My brother has the ozone spray all day.
He's like on his face. Yeah, like that. I love it. That's why your skin looks so good.
Yeah.
And I watched this like channel, it's on Instagram only. It's like all health, it's like AI, and they do like satisfying videos and it also says health, so I'm like entertained by it.
Yeah, he became a health expert. He's Okay, burning calories.
Okay, and what's happening with your two front teeth? You're getting brand new teeth?
Yeah, and I saw this video where it said old, like hundreds of years ago, they never use like actual— they never brush their teeth. They just— and they just have regular teeth, and their teeth are actually perfect.
How do you know?
Like do lemon or like those hacks, you know, the old hacks my grandma would always come to me, you know, that lemon makes your teeth whiter, or like Or like strawberries and baking soda.
Interesting. Do you think that works?
I don't know. I never tried it. Yeah. And toothpaste is not the best. It's like— dry brush is the best.
Dry brush is good. Lemon, not so good because lemon is very acidic and it'll eat up the enamel.
Really? Yeah.
What if you like carefully put it on your teeth instead of gums?
Still so acidic. Too acidic. And from all the studies we have, we know that brushing works well. Brushing and water flossing, or just flossing with string floss.
Yeah.
I think using water, like pulsating water jets.
Oh yeah. Like our ozone water, like you can take out the cap and replace it with a flossing cap.
Oh.
So when you like floss it and then the water goes through, I think.
Have you tried it?
Yeah. I've tried all of the types. I think it's nice. The ozone water here, we'll show you when we get home.
Oh, the one that just like—
Yeah. And then we can switch the cap.
Did you try it?
I could drill like Yeah, we tried. That's the ozone water that we use, and then it has the different caps, so it's actually really nice. And I like water flossing, if that's what you call it.
So yeah, cool. So what's next for you two in the world of acting here?
Well, we actually stopped acting at the age of 6, and he was—
well, we still act, it's just we like stop for like 5 months, go back. So we call each other retired.
In that 5 months.
I, I said in one of my videos, I said I'm retired. And now it's just like a thing we did. All my family, we just say I'm retired and it's so fun.
So it's fun.
So what's next for you? Because at 6 years old and 4 years old, we were acting since 2 months old and 2 weeks old. And then we got our health scare. And I have told our story a bunch of times. I got this lymph node. We, then we, we healed it during fascia, lymphatic system, and I learned so much about the fascia and the lymphatic system. And then all the way now, when I learned about the airways, it's because when my mom had birthed me, her bubble had— had a little bubble, but then it popped, and I was inside there for 2 days without a bubble.
Wow.
Yeah. And so that misaligned me, and that's how at 2 years old this lymph node popped. And at first we thought it was nothing, and then at 6 years old it stayed.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And it stayed. So that's how we went to the biohacking world. And he had 7 misdiagnosis when he was born because he had all these health issues, but they weren't exactly all of them are true. Cause 3 doctors, 4 doctors were saying Lyme disease, restless leg syndrome, autism, uh, acid reflux. Like, and my mom never took any of the diagnosis. Unless, unless 2 or 3.
Of them said yes. Because if they all have the machine, why is it saying different stuff?
Yeah, good question. Why do you think that is?
Like, if at least had 3 answers, right? The same thing, the machines are actually working properly.
So it must be the machine that's the problem, you think? No?
Who's the problem?
I think the dentists are just saying that because they're not— the doctors are not— are just saying that because they just think and they're not like, well, properly learned. Like, the dentist want to help.
They just—
for sure.
It's just probably they don't have the— they don't have like the right— they don't—
they weren't trained that well. True. Yeah. And then we did the Biohack Yourself documentary, our Shield Biodentistry, and now we advocate for Alpha Generation because when we Googled up and it said Alpha Generation is the sickest generation, I got so upset because we were biohacking, we doing all the healthy things. Well, everybody's out there and they're scrolling on their phone, they're eating junk food, and we wanted to advocate and make Alpha Generation healthy again.
So I know we have parents of Alpha Generation listening to this show. What do you wanna say to them as parents of Alpha Generation kids?
I wanna say, I teach your kid— well, parents of Alpha Generation, I wanna say teach your kids biohacking and teach your kids everything for health.
Yeah, I want to say that teach your kids to make meaningful changes and have meaningful lives. And technology you could still use, but use it in the right way instead of doomscrolling. Learn about healthy habits, learn about your heritage if you want to. Use it the right way. And also go play outside and live your life through outside in nature instead of living it through screens. And I truly believe Alpha Generation can become leaders, innovators, and storytellers.
I like it. That's very good advice.
I truly believe at least if you're on the screen, make it a movie or make it something meaningful so that it can contribute. At least if you're gonna go on a screen, at least just make something meaningful. Make something that like you could start as a young age and blow it up so it could be a big company. Rather, rather that than no screen time.
So there you have it, everybody. Uh, Love and Legend Loli. You heard it. Let's make this world a healthier place.
Yes.
Yes. You can see many biohacks on biohackyourselfmedia.com, on Instagram.
Yes. This guy's a marketing guy.
I, I love it.
Thank you.
And with that, everybody stay healthy.
Stay tuned for next video.
