A short, single-speaker YouTube vlog by Nataliey Bitature arguing that time management is a crucial life skill that should be learned early. The speaker covers causes of wasted time (procrastination, poor energy management), recommends routines (morning/evening), and urges deliberate time-tracking and purposeful choices because time is finite and unrenewable; without intentionality people risk ending a year unchanged.

Time management is a huge thing. I think no matter what you work at, or even if you don't work, time management is a life skill. These are the kinds of things I feel like we should be learning when we're younger, not even as adults. It's something I'm really passionate about, which is why I make so many videos about it. But even things like procrastination, managing your energy, scheduling morning routines, evening routines, there's so many things that affect time management and I think this is important because time, time is such a finite resource. You're never going to get more time. So you really need to use your time well and you only get one life and you want to make sure you're intentional and you're doing the things you want to do and spending your time the way you want to spend it. There's so much more awareness about tracking time, like in your phone these days. But I think being aware about how you spend your time and choosing how you spend your time, being purposeful about it makes such a big difference in your life. You can achieve so much more or you can waste so much time and you'll just be shocked. Oh my God, the year has ended and now I'm exactly where I was last year. So there's so many areas you can tweak and improve that make a huge difference if you learn to manage your time.
