If you move off your core competency, your MVP, your business plan, and you start doing other things because you're in the field, your business will never grow in the direction you need it to grow. There are 100 other people who can do HR contracts. You, you set up companies, and that's the thing you're so good at. You're better than anyone else at that, so that should be your business. You need to know when to say no. The customer is always right, but they might not always be right for you. Learning to say no helps to manage your own resources because now you're going to waste your time, your money, your effort, your inventory on customers who are not asking for what you're giving. Know what your business is, know what your product is, know what your service is, and stick to it. Anything out of that scope, thank you so much, I do not provide those services. You can find them elsewhere. And I'm sure others will also refer their businesses to you because you are good at what you do. Focus on that.
