Routines are super useful and important. There are a lot of studies and articles written about how to have a good morning routine and how to have a good evening routine. Routines help you to build habits and consistency and that will build your character and it helps you to organize and prioritize your time, your energy and your attention. A good morning routine typically involves waking up before 7am it involves having some sort of gratitude or meditation. It involves doing some exercise or getting some movement in the body early in the morning, healthy breakfast, and then some sort of journaling or planning, writing down your goals or your thoughts or your actions for the day. It helps you set off the day on the right note with the right kind of attitude and energy. An evening routine is all about rest and reflection. It's about preparing and winding down. This is the time where you think about what went well in the day and what didn't go so well, how you can improve. It's the time where you can plan for the next day, whether it's meal prep or ironing the clothes that you're going to wear the next day. It's about releasing all your thoughts and plans and all the to do list that's going through your mind so that you can get good restful sleep. These kinds of routines are simple things that take a few minutes every morning and you can build on them if you get used to doing them. Every morning, every evening, your body, your mind, everything gets aligned and then you'll be able to achieve the things that you want to in a more effective way throughout the day.
