And also, if you're looking for more training on mindset, marketing systems, how to grow your Practice, go to www.leoniconsulting.co. I got a great little program there. It's free. It's a three video training series called the Micro MBA for DCs. Okay, so let's go ahead dive right in today's episode. Three ways to improve your Facebook leads. Why do we want to do this? Well, because typically the leads suck, right? I mean, if I mean, I don't know. Do even half your leads show up? It's Debatable, right? And then how many do you convert? So this is a method to improve the quality, improve your conversion, make the best use of your time, which is super valuable, right? And look, we upgraded. We got a whiteboard so I can do some real teaching. So first of all, let's get away from your lead ads. So Facebook lead ads, what is that? A Facebook lead ad is essentially where, you know, the— in the feed itself, like on your Facebook page, you'll have an ad, you click on it, and it pops open a window. It doesn't take you to the doctor website or anything. And so what that does, and it'll pop up and say, you know, exam, consultation, an adjustment, a massage, a cup of soup, $29. And it's just like, okay. So So first of all, let's stop doing those. Stop doing the all-in-one package as well. That's not great. Devalues your service and a lot of other things. But the lead ads also, you get a lot of leads, and it's really good for the marketing companies because they're like, hey, we got you all these leads. But for you, it's not that great. Not great at all, actually. So stop the lead ads. And we wanna do, so we wanna stop the all-in-one packages. We want to do condition-specific ads, okay? And why? Because we want a very specific person to raise their hand. We don't want someone that just kind of has, well, I got some backaches or whatever. We want someone with headaches. We want someone with chronic neck pain. We want someone with sciatica. We want someone with carpal tunnel. We want someone with a— specific condition that we're really good at treating, and we want them to raise their hand and come see us. So, in terms of your cost per click, look, if you're running your own ads, that's— sorry, less than $1. If you're running your own ads, we're not experts, but look, if we can get less than around $1 a click, less than a dollar, a little less than a dollar a click, You're doing fine, right? Because say you spend, you get 10 clicks and 1 person comes in. Look, the numbers will work out fine. You know, Matt Loop will say try to get it less, you know, 50 cents or less. That would be awesome. But again, you know, are you going to pay someone to do this or if you're going to do it yourself? I mean, if you're paying someone, then yeah, it should be less than that. But if you're doing it yourself and you can get it around a buck a click, I think you'll be okay in terms of your average case value, okay? So next, step number 2. So step number 1, stop the lead ads because you would get high volume, super low quality. Good for the marketing companies, not great for us. So we want to go to condition-specific ads. And what's also nice about that is we can rotate different pictures, videos, all this type of stuff to test to see how well they are responding. But number 2, we want to create a YouTube channel. Okay, so, um, and why do we want to create a YouTube channel? Well, for a couple reasons. One is it's going to increase our organic listing for our main website, right? Because they're all going to be pointing back to— all the videos on your YouTube channel is going to be pointing back to your main website. And Google owns YouTube, so, um, you know, and, and They love video. People love video. But what we want to do first, just set a goal of 30 days to build out your YouTube channel. And what are the things you want to do? One, you want to get very nice channel art, which is your top big picture. Then you want to get the little picture of you so they know who you are. Get— now ideally, so when you— you have what's called a channel trailer, and that's basically a short video that outlines your office. And it's The very first thing that patients or prospective patients will see when they come to your YouTube channel. And so that would be ideally, you would get that done, you know, kind of done professionally. And like I said, it's just a couple minutes, quick interview with you, all that type of stuff. We're not going to dive into that. What we're going to do though is create playlists, right? And so we want to do playlists. And what we want to do on these playlists is divide them up into, say, 5 conditions. So we want headaches, chronic neck pain, chronic back pain or sciatica. You could do carpal tunnel, you could do car accidents, or you could do— if you're doing some type of niche like knee pain or neuropathy, whatever. So you have these different playlists and you want 3 videos under each playlist. Okay. Common causes, common treatments, and then you. Okay? This is your time to shine. Okay? This is when you're going to say— so, and each of these videos should be like, you know, 2 to 3 minutes. We want them short. We want people to, you know, enjoy and consume them. Common causes of neck pain, chronic neck pain. Here's the common treatments and why they don't work so well. And then here is Dr. Leone's method for treating neck pain. pain. And then you take 3 minutes and you go through exactly what you do. You do your evaluation and you do your report of findings, and this is what you would typically do in a common chronic neck pain case. And then at the end, you have a call to action. Okay? And what that call to action is, is, hey, if this is something that you're suffering from, go to this website, and you can actually have a clickable link in the YouTube video itself, or you can have it right below, or both ideally. And that's gonna send them to number 3, to a landing page. Okay, so that's step number 3. We have a landing page that is condition-specific. Okay, we'll just call it CS. Now, really quick, back on the YouTube channel. We talked about it helps organic listings. We want 3 videos per, and we want a call to action. So these are all important. You also have to make sure that your videos look good, sound good, and they're of, you know, some, you know, professional quality. This is you, this is representing your office. So you can have bumpers made, which is little intro videos, like a 5-second intro video at the beginning and at the end. You know, get creative with this. You can outsource a ton of this stuff with You know, at fiber.com or Upwork, all this type of stuff. But you just kind of you got to get in there a little bit. You got to get your hands dirty. But give it thirty days, okay? You know, one week to essentially I would just to plan everything out, right? This is how I'm going to do this. This is who I'm going to use. This is when I'm going to shoot it. These are the videos I'm going to shoot. Write them all out, and you're like, this kind of sounds like a lot of a lot of work, Dr. Vince. Well, yeah, it's a little bit of work, but this is going to be working for you 24/7 when you— even when you're sleeping, right? So it's, it's, um, it's an asset for you to create that will continue to work because people are searching 24/7. Okay, so it's, it's worth your time. Trust me. Okay, now let's go into the landing page. Now, this can be your main site. Okay. This can be your main site, and then under services, you could have chronic neck pain, and you would have a separate page with that, and it would have, you know, you're gonna have a mini kind of direct response format. So you're gonna say, you know, you're going to essentially rehash your video here, this last video, your 3rd video from your playlist. In other words, hey, here's the common causes of neck pain, and this is all text, right? This is written out. Common causes, common treatments, why they're not great. This is what we do and why it's so great. And then your new patient web form. Okay, so what we've done is we've had a specific person raise their hand. We've then driven them to a video that we've created. Now also, when they go to your YouTube channel, it's gonna look nice. They're gonna see that you've done all these videos on different musculoskeletal conditions, so they see you as an expert, and then it's going to develop rapport. Right? Because you're going to be speaking to them on camera and super effectively and sound really knowledgeable. And you're even nice. Like, what a, what a, what a nice doctor. He's doing all this work for me. Anyway, so, so it develops rapport and it's going to put, you know, kind of create you as an authority. Then boom, they go to your website. Okay? And again, it can be a main site or it can be a landing page, very specific landing page. You can create landing pages in ClickFunnels, LeadPages.net, Kajabi, you name it, they're all out there. But the point being is we're going to go to a specific page that is that condition-specific, right? So everything is congruent. We're going from a condition-specific ad to a condition-specific video to a condition-specific page. Now, why do we do all this? Good question. I'm glad that you asked. First, it's going to qualify the patient, right? So they're not just on their YouTube— Facebook channel or feed. And, you know, they're looking at pictures of dogs and old girlfriends. And they're like, click, maybe I'll sign up for that, put name and email in, boom, they forget about it. So no, they gotta click on the ad, they gotta go watch a video, they gotta go to the landing page and then put in their information. So it's going to qualify the patient, it's going to raise The bar. What does this do? It decreases your number of leads. Okay, it will do that. It will decrease your number of leads. It is going to increase the quality though. So wouldn't you rather see less, you know, prospects but of a higher quality so it maximizes your time? That's the whole goal here, right? So it raises the bar for the patient, it raises the quality of the patient, and it Raises your conversion percentage. Okay, so guys, this is what I actually call long-tail digital marketing. And so what it does is it just puts the patients or the prospects through a series of almost hurdles to get to you. You know what? We don't want to be just every other doctor on the street. We want to be an expert. We want to be sought after, and this helps do it. So go ahead, implement that. That is going to really, really help your Facebook leads and help max out, you know, the good money that you're spending every month on those ads. So I hope this has been helpful for you. Again, if you haven't subscribed, go ahead and do that. If you would like more training, I'd love you to go check this out, the DC Micro MBA, www.leoniconsulting.co. I'm Dr. Vince. Thank you so much for your time. I look forward to seeing you next week on Dr. Vince Presents. Take care.
