Hey, Dr. Leone here at the Decompression Summit Certification 2023 hosted by Specialized Practice and Hill DT. It's been a fantastic event. We're just getting started. If you're not here this year, get here next year. Doctors are raving about this event.
Uh, what's unique about this is it's pretty rare when you find complete solutions in the profession. What I mean by that is there's plenty of seminars where you can go and learn techniques and academic theories and all of these wonderful things where practitioners are taking down all sorts of notes and then they get into their practice Monday morning and are trying to figure out how they actually take all this information and synthesize it and plug it in and actually in a meaningful way apply that in their practice. And then there are all sorts of business seminars where they're going to teach you how to market and how to make lots of money, but don't really connect the dots with the best possible clinical outcomes. And what's unique about this seminar and this experience here is they've really done everything together for you. They provide world-class education in terms of clinical training. They provide you with world-class education in terms of business and systems and marketing and everything in between in terms of patient communication, in terms of evaluation, examination, how to get the best possible outcomes for your patient, and then obviously how to turn this into a profitable business as well.
So far the seminar has been amazing. The organization has been incredible. The speakers are extremely knowledgeable. They're enthusiastic about what they're talking about. I've been in practice for 7 years and had decompression from the very beginning, and still I'm learning so many things to bring to my patients.
So far, decompression summit has been awesome. Learning a lot, uh, just really how to expand, uh, more niche practice, how to serve more people, and how to do it at a really high level. And really enjoying what they're teaching us here.
It's a great seminar. I've been to a lot of seminars, like I said before, and they give you information, but this one gives you the nuts and bolts. It gives you the stuff that you really can take back to your practice, implement in your practice, see more patients, help more patients, and just do a better job. So it's really more practical stuff that you can use at home.
And let me tell you, my impression of it so far is that this is top-notch training. If you're looking to improve your skill set clinically to help disc cases, spinal stenosis, things like that, the challenging cases that walk through our door, you're going to get top-notch top-notch clinical training, but along with that, you're also going to get top-notch training in the latest in marketing. So you're going to be able to help to win that battle of treating the patient on the table, but you're also going to find creative ways and strategies to get those patients in the door that you're going to be able to help with your new enhanced clinical expertise and protocols.
And I felt like I thought I knew everything. I knew that I could come here and learn even more, and just being able to network with other people in the that have the same equipment and do a lot of the similar procedures. I'm just learning so much from everybody, and I'll definitely be here again next year.
So whether you already have a decompression table, whether you're interested in it, not sure if it's something you want to add to your practice, there's something here for everybody.
For anybody considering decompression, it just seems to be a huge way that makes sense as a chiropractor. We work in an active care, rehab-focused clinic, and we're looking for ways that we can get away from insurance, that can— we create a high-value service for people that we're currently not helping. And everything seems to be pointing to decompression, laser, adding those modalities. So with all those things, you want to make sure you're doing it at a high level, and I've been really impressed with what they're teaching us here. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.
