Either they know their stats already when they came into the relationship, or as they work, as we work together, they get very good at knowing their stats. And I just, you know, if you don't know where you're at, well, how the heck are you going to know if you're successful? And if you are successful, what does that mean? What is the What are the benchmarks for you?
What you know, what a high-end patient experience should be like, and the value of staying on time and and having a staff that treats your patients with just love and and and respect, and and just makes them feel like they're family. And and so that's a thing we've always done in our practices. We make our patients feel. So good about themselves, and it's just contagious amongst our staff.
