In this solo video, Dr. Vince Leone wraps up the first four days of his "12 Ways to Bulletproof Your Practice" series and focuses on Day 5, which is about aligning a marketing calendar with practice growth goals and diversifying marketing efforts. He briefly recaps Days 1‑4 (target goal setting, creating a unique selling proposition, evaluating past campaigns, and building a marketing calendar) and then explains how to compare the calendar to the practice’s objectives, noting that most practices will fall short and need additional campaigns. He lists a wide range of possible marketing tactics—Facebook ads, Google AdWords, SEO, newspaper inserts, direct mail, radio spots, and internal patient referrals—emphasizing that no single channel should be treated as a "home run" because ad fatigue and diminishing returns are common. Instead, he advocates building a broad portfolio of single‑ and double‑digit lead generators to create stability and long‑term growth. Dr. Vince also shares his personal self‑care routine (early wake‑up, reading, meditation, stretching, daily planning) as a way for busy clinicians to maintain personal health. He closes with New Year wishes, encouragement for a successful 2019, and a reminder to access the full training at chiropracticconsulting.co.

Hey everyone, Dr. Vince here, and welcome to day 5. 5 ways, or day 5 of the 12 ways to expand your practice in 2019, to bulletproof your practice in 2019. And by the way, there's a full training, you can check it out at chiropracticconsulting.co. And today is December 31st. And it's amazing, amazing that it's— this year has absolutely flown by. I don't know about for you, but for me it has just been crazy fast. But looking forward to 2019. And, but, you know, without further ado, let's go ahead and dive into the material. Going to pick up some fixings for a good fun dinner with the kiddos. And have game night with the little ones and to usher in the new year. So, so we talked about, hey, look, we want to do 12 ways to expand our practice, bulletproof our practice without messing up what's already working, without adding too much to any one doctor or staff member's plate. And while continuing to focus on what you do best, improve patient experience, grow your practice reputation within your community, and create a bigger impact in your life, right? I mean, In fact, I just sent out an email to my list. It's like, hey, I just want to recognize you guys. I know, and women, of course. I've spoken with a lot of them over the years. And like the character, the integrity, it just comes through the phone. And a lot of times, you know, in the healthcare profession, you're just, you're taking care of people all day long. Then you're taking care of family when you get home. So, it doesn't leave a ton of time to take care of ourselves. That's why, you know, I like to wake up early so I can do self-care. I like to read, meditate, stretch, and then plan my day. If I can get those 4 things done, then I can usually win the day and feel good about it. Anyway, so if, hey, if you're a doctor and you're out there, then I recognize you for what you do. Yeah. Let's see here. So day 1, we talked about establishing target goals and stats. Day 2, talked about creating a USP or a unifying message for your practice. Day 3, we assessed our current marketing campaigns to see what worked and what didn't. And then day 4, we created our marketing calendar. And so now I want to talk about just, hey, when you look at your calendar and you, you compare that to your goals, Do you have enough in place to reach your goals, right? And typically you won't. If you're gonna pull out what didn't work, you're not gonna have as many campaigns on the books, right? So now it's all about, hey, what are we gonna add in there? And, you know, there's a slew of stuff, right? There, you could, if you're not doing Facebook yet, you could test Facebook, you could test Google AdWords, you can do SEO, you can do, go old media, you can go inserts in the newspaper, Which are great for kind of nichey type conditions, knees, neuropathy, decompression. You could do direct mail, you could do radio spots, 30 or 60-second radio spots, you could do, you know, internal patient referral thing. I mean, there's a million different things that we can do. I mean, it's really only limited by your imagination, but what I would tell you— Yeah. is a couple things when you're looking at marketing campaigns to implement or test and try. Don't look for home runs. Facebook has been and continues to get marketed to us chiropractors like, hey, this is going to solve all your problems. You're going to get all the new patients in the world that you want. The reality is rarely does any one marketing campaign Or is, you know, is a marketing campaign the home run and then stays that way, right? It typically is going to, you know, temper, right? We get ad fatigue. People see our ads, they stop responding to it, whatever it is. But the point being is it's just not always going to work, right? So what you want to do is have a wide breadth of marketing campaigns that you test and try and install. And so that you can have a whole bunch of them and they're all singles and doubles. Maybe there's a triple in there and we're not worried that if one— we're not relying on one to hit a home run because we're going to have enough, you know, a multitude of them all generating singles and doubles. And that's going to create stability, right? Stability. And then that creates long-term growth. Okay, so I hope that serves you. Just wanted to do a quick post today. I wish you all the best and Happy New Year! Crazy, crazy, crazy. Let's have an awesome 2019. Take care, I'm Dr. Vince, and for the full training, you can check out leoneconsulting— no, sorry, chiropracticconsulting.co. Thanks, take care.
