That's— everyone, just keep in mind, everyone thinks that they are so busy. And this could be someone that is an executive, it could be someone that's retired. They— everyone thinks that they're busy. And so why is that important? Because they want to be— they want an efficient process. They want to be seen on time. They want to have an excellent exam. They want to be told what the heck's wrong and can you help. And then they want to be on their way and they want to go about the rest of their day. So You know, the days of waiting for an hour or, you know, appointments running long, like that just doesn't cut it in a, in a high-value practice. You need to put as much effort into honing your patient processing systems so that people have a unique and exceptional experience. So I think that falls into systems for sure.
