I think Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, right? And expecting to get a different outcome. So, that's why you reflect, right? Exactly. You look back and see what worked, what didn't work. And if you obviously are identifying, I tried dinner workshops or I tried Facebook or I tried email marketing campaign, if you find something that just didn't work at all, well, then you got to shift gears and say, okay, I'm doing Facebook and that's not working so well, but by golly, this year I'm going to go hard into Google advertising, or I'm going to start a new podcast this year, or I'm going to have a— start a radio show or whatever. You have to be able to pivot and, and based upon data and objective analysis and be able to pivot into, okay, we need to go a different direction with this part of our marketing. To attract the patients that we're looking for. And that's, that's why you need that hour or 2 or 3 to just look back and reflect and just to see what worked and what didn't.
