I get asked this question all the time. Dr. Leone, what's the best niche for chiropractors? And there's several to choose from. So there's spinal decompression, peripheral neuropathy, chronic knee pain, functional medicine, weight loss, uh, you know, and there's, there's a few more, but those are the big 5. In my opinion, the best niche, especially the best first niche for chiropractors— in other words, the best high-value cash service to add to a kind of traditional chiropractic practice— is spinal decompression, hands down. And for 2 reasons. One is where it aligns perfectly with our scope of practice. We're already experts in the spine, should be experts in the disc as well. And then 2, you already have these patients in your new patient flow. We found about 15% of all neck and back pain patients coming into a clinic are disc patients. And so if you have the training, the technology, and the resources to treat that disc properly, you can easily add $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 a month in cash.
