And what that tells us, from a development point of view, is that there are so many different aspects of an organisational change we need to be aware of. And to ensure that leaders are supported so that they can lead themselves through that change, but also their teams as well, is absolutely critical. So making sure that we invest enough time and effort doing that, we think is really key to, to ensuring people are supported and are successful in leading through change. Alongside that, as I said, there's obviously the culture piece as well. Our work tends to focus a lot on getting under the skin of values and behaviours. And to your earlier very astute observation around it's how we live and breathe in an organisation, it's not the poster on the wall and making sure that as a collective, and we're big believers in co design processes.
