This is a YouTube video titled "A Global Meditation, with Eckhart Tolle" containing a meditation talk or guided session by Eckhart Tolle, recorded in April 2025. The content focuses on the deeper understanding of meditation as an immediate and permanent realization beyond typical mental and emotional activity.
Meditation is the realization of that dimension within yourself. As such, it is not a separate activity that you do occasionally. Or if you want to do a technique, that's fine, it can be helpful. But meditation is something deeper, more immediate and more everlasting and permanent. Here, now. This realization within yourself of that underneath your audio thinking, underneath the flow of emotions, which usually those two things make up the personality. It's a dreamlike state. Consciousness is dreaming the dream of you, so to speak.
