If you have tried this and nothing happened, watch this | Eckhart Tolle

Eckhart Tolle describes alternating between focused thinking and stillness to tap into a universal energy field that helps manifest your goals. Visualize the completed result, then pause. This rhythm of thought and presence brings insights from deeper consciousness rather than ego, allowing circumstances to align with what you intend.

Once you've decided on a course of action and you do take action, there is a power in the universe that can help you to manifest beyond what it is that you can do through the action that you take. You have an additional energy field that comes in that tends to bring to you helpful circumstances. To enable this thing that you want to manifest to come into existence. When you think about something specific, after a few thoughts, learn to step back, so to speak. Into stillness or presence. It must only maybe just for three four seconds. Doesn't length doesn't matter. And then you step forward again into thinking. Then you step back into into a pure awareness of presence cessation. The mind stops. Conscious awareness remains. And so if you want to do some very effective and powerful thinking, you learn to step back and forth, into thought and then out of thought, into thought, out of thought. I would suggest that you practice that when you have something specific To think about. You have some kind of situation that needs to be resolved, but you don't know how yet, or you're planning a certain course of action, or whatever it may be. Let's say you've decided you're setting aside 15 minutes, 20 minutes, to think about a particular subject matter or a particular so-called problem in your life, and to see what you can do, what's possible. Or you might be engaged in some creative endeavor that requires thought. You want to create, or even write a book, or set up something, Set up an organization, if possible, one that is conscious rather than unconscious. And so you have to go about how am I going to do it? What is the— this is all situations when you need to think. But how do you think? And the most creative way to think is to learn To apply your mind in a focused way for a while, and then step back for a little while into no thought. Surface eye, deep eye. And so the real thinking happens when you bring these two dimensions together. And you'll be surprised how many more insights you suddenly get, and how empowered your mind becomes, even empowered if you used to, because thinking is not only used to solve problems. Thinking is also used to create something entirely new. And there, of course, the type of thinking you do then can be first, you think about what action to take, course of action, but also you can use the mind The thinking mind. In order to manifest something beyond, in addition to the action that you can actually take, you can envisage the finished product of what it is that you want to create. If it's a book, then you visualize this book that you have already written, and there it is on the table. You might even see the title, and you also know that it's in every bookstore in town and in the other towns, for example. So you apply thinking to manifest, and you apply thinking to decide to become clear what course of action is required. They're two somewhat different, because there is a manifesting power in the universe that can help you once you've decided on a course of action and you do take action. There is a power in the universe that can help you to manifest beyond what it is that you can do through the action that you take. You have an additional energy field that comes in that tends to bring to you helpful circumstances to enable this thing that you want to manifest to come into existence. And when you step back into continuously from thought into no thought and back into thought, then it's also more likely that what you are creating is not an egoic creation, it's not meant to satisfy your ego, but what you want to manifest comes from the deeper place, of consciousness itself and not the limited egoic consciousness.
