Namaste. So I can feel the energy kind of rise a bit in the room. So let's release some of that energy. Some of you know what's coming. Okay. We won't stand because there's not much space except for the front row. So you can kick off your shoes if you like, leave them on. It doesn't matter if your feet don't reach the ground. Sit forward a little bit. Some of you may wonder why, what is she going to do? If you've never experienced this. So energy gets trapped in the body. The belief in any forms, thought forms, emotions, events that happen in our day to day life. So we're just going to release that a bit. It's like releasing the past. So we become that empty vessel for consciousness. So let's just start by just wiggling a little bit, maybe wiggling our sit bones in our seat. The whole body is relaxed. And then allow the head to wiggle and the jaw to drop and maybe the shoulders to wiggle and your hands to wiggle your fingers. Wiggling and just wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. No thought, just wiggling. Sigh. If you'd like, just release that energy. And you can do this at home too, for those who are watching through that wormhole. And now we begin to just stomp our feet a little bit. You can raise your arms up if you'd like and just stomp. And let's release vocally. Feel different. Yeah. And then we can just settle right into our bodies, into the stillness that goes beyond the conceptual mind. I can feel the stillness returning. And from this place of stillness, just do a meditation, a short meditation. Or who knows, maybe it'll be long. Okay, sitting comfortably in your chair. Body is relaxed, eyes are closed. If you wish, imagine the crown of your head being lifted towards the ceiling. Your sit bones rooted on your chair, your feet planted on the floor. And your hands could be facing face down on your lap, or face up, or your hands clasp together. Whatever feels natural and comfortable for you in this moment. Let's just let go of the concepts. Let go of names, labels, ideas. Just become aware of your breathing it and become aware of your body. Is there any tension, tightness or pain? Just let go of those labels and just simply feel. Because all they are is sensations experienced in the body. Relaxing your body from head to toe. If thoughts arise, just notice, just let it go. Return your tension to your breath, to your body it. Let's bring your attention to the inner body, that feeling of aliveness within. If you don't know what that feels like, just simply raise your hands off your lap and just hold them up in the air, palms facing up. And then you can ask yourself, how do I know I even have hands? And simply feel.
