This is a YouTube video titled "Transcendence Through Stillness" containing a spiritual or philosophical talk recorded on July 25, 2014. The speaker discusses transcending the conditioned self by finding inner stillness, referencing concepts such as suffering (Dukkha) and the importance of stillness for overcoming life's frustrations. The content is a monologue without multiple speakers or conversational elements.
How do I transcend the limited me, the conditioned entity? Very simple. Become still and the limited entity is transcended. So if you find the stillness in you that is the realm where the conditioned mental emotional entity is transcended. And if you haven't found the stillness no matter what you achieve in life it will turn into something frustrating. In other words the whole life experience that you have even though the world may tell you that you are phenomenally successful the whole life experience will be a very frustrating business. And what I call frustrating the Buddha called Dukkha suffering can also be translated as being miserable or translated more freely as being unhappy at the mercy of conditions and circumstances. The weather is good, you feel great, it rains, you're miserable or whatever it is in your circumstances. So the most vital thing is to find the stillness and that's just a word. What is the stillness? What is hiding behind that word stillness? Sa Sam.
