Hi, guys. Hopefully this is working. Okay. Hello. If you can hear me and see me, let me know in the chat, please. Hi. Okay, amazing. Okay, goodbye, Alex. We're kicking Alex out, guys. All right. Hi, everyone. Welcome in. So glad to see you all. Let me know in the chat where you're tuning in from today. We're gonna have a little bit of a Q A. So I have some questions on my phone that I've saved from my Instagram story. I'm gonna go through those first just to give people time to join. And once I've gone through those, I'm going to check in with the chat. So if you have your questions, put them in the chat. I already see some coming through. Hi, everyone. Welcome in. So if you see me glancing down, it's because I'm looking at the chat and looking at your questions. But, yeah, I'm so excited to do this. I wanted to do Q and A for literally a month, so I'm really excited to get stuck in. Hello, from Mexico. Hi. India. Okay, amazing. All right. I have a tea. I just had a massive slice of carrot cake, so bear with me, guys. Okay, so the first question we had on the Instagram story was about being stuck. Okay? I know this is super common. I've been stuck a lot of times in my life as well. And the first one was, what to do when we are stuck in life? I have no social life, no partner, and barely surviving. And there was another one that said, how do I get back on track? So my brain knows what to do, but I stay stuck Anyways, this is really, really common, and especially that second point on knowing what to do but not being able to move. I was like that for years. And the first thing I want to say to this question and to anyone who resonates with this is, you are not stuck. That's just a belief. That's just a thought, but it's not reality. Okay? So the situation that you're in right now, you're in that situation because of the energy that you've embodied up until this moment. Everything in your reality that you're experiencing is a byproduct of the past energy that you've embodied up until this moment. So the only thing that you actually need to do to start changing your experiences and to get unstuck is to just change your energy right now, today. So you're only one shift away. You're only one decision away from completely changing your energy and therefore changing your experience of reality. And it's really helpful to remember that I know, I used to get in a lot of ruts. I have a lot of content on being in a row. Specifically, there's a video I posted last year. Around the beginning of last year, I was in the biggest rut of all time. Like, I didn't even know how I was going to get out of it. And one thing that really kind of inspired me to come out of that was remembering I'm only ever a couple of decisions away from an entirely new trajectory. And that is the truth. No matter what situation you're in, you are only ever a couple of decisions away from going down a new path. So that's just the first thing I want to remind you of. And the second thing is this. I'm going to refer to the kind of framework I use here. And if you've come here from how to change your entire life so fast it feels like cheating, I think it's called. I'll leave it down below. This is the framework that I use. So the first step is to regulate, right? You want to regulate, you want to get your energy back. If you're stuck, you might be in a freeze response. So you need to regulate your nervous system. You need to start feeling safe in your body, and you need to start coming out of survival mode first. So there's a lot of regulation exercises you can do to get to that point. And then once you're more grounded and regulated in your body and you feel more connected to yourself and you feel your energy has come back, then what? What naturally happens is you start to get a vision for your life. So that's kind of step two, you start to get a vision. So you want to start defining a vision for yourself once you're regulated. And specifically a vision that feels meaningful and exciting to you. Because you're not going to be motivated to move and change unless you have something new to hold on to that's genuinely exciting. So that's step two is to get the vision. And then step three is to figure out the version of you, who you need to become for this reality that you desire to be natural. And then step four is to start showing up as that version of you. And it doesn't need to be in big ways. You just need to start taking small steps as that new version of you. And then before you know it, you're unstuck and you're moving towards a reality that you prefer. Okay, so if you're on the call, let me know in the chat if that answered your question. But being struck oftentimes is a Part of life. And I will say, you know, I always talk about, like the highs and lows of transformation. Getting into a rut like that. It's a very low point, but usually you can propel out of that higher than you've ever been before. So just hold on to that as well. Okay, so the next question is on how to deal with negativity in your life, with colleagues, family, etc. This is one I get asked all the time, especially in my community. This comes up on all our Q and A calls. How to deal with people as you're progressing and you're transforming, and how to deal with people being kind of negative about your transformation, which I'm assuming this is what you're experiencing in this question. So the first thing to remember with this is every single human being, they can only act within their state of consciousness. Okay? So every person has a different paradigm, they have a different identity, and they have a different perception of reality. And every single person, because of their state and because of their paradigm, they're experiencing a totally different reality to what we're experiencing. And this is helpful to remember in this situation. But even if you have a disagreement with someone or someone believes in something and you just can't understand why it makes sense to them and their level of consciousness and their paradigm, and if you could have just been raised in their shoes with their trauma, their programming, their everything, you would have the same perception and the same paradigm. So that's the first thing to remember. And it's not excusing it, but it's just to give yourself relief of, okay, they're operating in a different mental world. What they see is so different to me. And then when it comes to growth and transformation, it can be kind of painful because you want to bring the people that you're close to and the people that you love along with you. But when you grow, you need to make peace with the fact that sometimes there's going to be some people who are inspired by that and who grow with you. And those are the people who are meant for you. And there's going to be some people who you outgrow. And those are the people who you're not supposed to be making close friendships with, specifically in friends. You know, the more I'm assuming you're doing this inner work to evolve and become more of who you truly are, I'm assuming you're doing this inner work to release, like your limiting beliefs and your traumas and all the things that are not really you, so you can be your full, true Empowered self. And if that's the case, then doing this inner work is just going to give you the connections that are aligned with who you truly are. And sometimes the cost of that is getting rid of connections that are not aligned with who you truly are, but those are not meant for you anyway. So you kind of just have to make peace with that and then practically dealing with this. Okay. When you're dealing, like in. In the moment with negativity, first of all, you have to go to yourself, okay? This person is in their own world, and I'm not responsible for what's going on in their world. Okay? So call your energy back. It's not your responsibility to change their paradigm or their perception of you. Your only responsibility is to show up according to your truth, to show up authentically, and to not shape shift or morph or try to change anyone's opinion. That is your only responsibility. And then the other thing you can take responsibility for is your perception of them. So if you're expecting that they're going to be negative, if you have a negative story about them, often that can activate the negativity within them. This is like a really interesting kind of dynamic that we have with people in our lives. And you would find that the more you focus on the positive, the more you stop resisting and expecting the negative, the less the negative will come up in these people specifically, and just in your relationships in general. So rather than focusing on all the negative that's going on in your relationships, start focusing on all the positive that's going on in your relationships. Like, this is the same with everything in reality, everything in your life. If you want to stop getting so much bad, you need to start focusing on the good. And then the good will compound. Okay, Can you guys still see me? Just let me know in the chat because it looks like the screen is gone black. Okay, two seconds, guys. Oh, Sorry, guys. Bear with us. The camera just decided to turn off. Okay, I think we're back. Let me know in the chat. Oh, you can see me. Okay. Hello. Hello. All right, August. All right, bye, Alex. Thanks, Alex. All right, we're back. I know someone said you started talking about positivity and the screen shut off, like. Nope. All right, so next question. Where was I? This is a great question, actually. How do you get past the planning slash, inner work stage and actually start doing the work? That's a great question to ask. And if more people ask that question, they will progress a lot faster because we all tend to stay in a learning trap. I know I've Been in a learning trap for a long time in periods of my life and like even my content. You guys, my goal with my content, I've said this in some videos, is for you to literally watch. If you only need one video, perfect. Take the stuff that you learn and, and apply it to your life to the point that you never need another video again. You know, we're not watching content to just forever watch content. We're watching content so we can apply what we learn to our lives and actually integrate it and actually change so we can get the results that we want. Okay? So that's why a lot of my videos, I make them more practical because for me, like learning, learning, learning, if we could change through learning, we'd all be transformed by now. It doesn't work like that. You have to actually implement it. I have a whole video on this. I think it's called the four phases of transformation or something like that. But how you do it practically is you have to have in the moment awareness. Okay? So whatever you've learned through your consumption or through your reflection, you need to take those takeaways and bring them into your life on a day to day basis by changing your actions. Okay? So right when you see yourself saying something that's limiting, you have to catch that, pull yourself on it and say, you know what, I've noticed that my narrative is really limiting around money, for example. And I've decided that I'm going to change that. So let me catch myself when I'm thinking negatively, when I'm speaking negatively about money, and let me change it. It's moment to moment redirection and awareness and implementation of your new narrative, your new belief and your new identity. Identity. That is how change it. That's how you integrate. It's in those little incidences where you notice you're being your old self and you realize there's something you can change. And what makes it easier to realize, like to notice these things in yourself, is to meditate specifically and have that extra layer of just self awareness where you're constantly kind of observing yourself and your patterns. That's what makes it easier to see, oh, you know what, Actually I don't want to show up in this way anymore. You know what, I do need to change this thing. You know what, I do need to take this action that's maybe scary and uncomfortable, but it's aligned with who I'm becoming, right? So those little things, that is how you implement it's very, very practical. But that's the last step and it's really important. Okay, So, yeah, I put here, take the actions and interrupt the patterns. That's it. You just have to do it. I sound like a Nike ad, but you just have to do it. And one last point on that is you're probably gonna have to take actions that you don't feel a hundred percent ready to take, but you need to take them anyway. Even if you think about rewiring a belief, like, let's say you have a belief that you're, for example, bad at making content, this is just an easy example. And you know you're gonna have to make content to get better at that. And you're working on your beliefs, you're gonna have to just start taking action before you 100% believe that you're good to prove to yourself that you can be good. So taking the action before you're ready actually does that last bit of rewiring for you. But you have to jump before you're ready sometimes. Next question is how to be constantly in my future self. Any tip on how to not forget to act from this identity? So the point that I just made a minute ago about having awareness and being in the observer, that really, really helps when it comes to transformation and trying to change your patterns and your thoughts and your identity and everything. The more you can sit down every morning and meditate, I'm going to preach this till the day that I die. The more you detach from the old self and the old thought patterns and the ego, the more you're able to observe when that kicks in, right? And the more you're able to change and choose the way that you think. So I heard a quote a long time ago when I first started meditating. And it was basically like, when you meditate, you gain the ability to choose your thoughts for the day. Like you're gonna choose your outfit for the day, basically. And I don't know if that's 100% accurate, but it got me motivated to start meditating. And it definitely does give you some amount of control because you have awareness that you are not your thoughts. You're the observer of your thoughts. So when you're thinking in line with the old version of you in if you meditate consistently and you detach from your thought patterns consistently in meditation, you're able to see it happening and you're able to redirect it in real time. So without going too deep into that, the other thing that you can do is basically when you're shifting to a new identity, I like to think of it like, you enter kind of a training ground for the new identity for a while. So don't be hard on yourself if you can't, like 24, 7, act as your new self. I know you said you don't want to forget about it ever, but sometimes part of the lessons are in the forgetting. Like, sometimes you need to slip up and go backwards for you to learn something so that you can fully shift into the new version of you. So this is like the integration phase. It's before you fully embody it, you're. You're in the training ground, essentially where you're learning to be this new self. So it's okay if you slip up sometimes and have moments where you're not the new self. All that matters is that you notice it and you come back into alignment as soon as you can and just say to yourself, that's okay, I'm on the training ground. And then over time, you just want to notice, am I progressing towards this new version of me or away? Because that's what matters most. Just going to check in the. With the chat really quickly. Someone said, how much do you meditate and how long or how many times per day? So I had a feeling I was going to get this question. And I meditate. The sweet spot for me is around 30, 35 minutes, depending on the season that I'm in. I used to meditate for a lot longer. I find 10 minutes is too short. But honestly, people tend to complicate meditation. All you need to do is make it a habit. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning, you get out of bed, you just go and sit somewhere and you close your eyes. That's it for 30 minutes. Okay? That is it. You don't need to complicate it. And you can listen to healing frequencies or meditation music, but honestly, you could also just sit in silence. And that is one of the most valuable exercises you will ever do. You don't need all this fancy stuff. And I just do. Mostly I just meditate in the morning, once a day. That's it. Sorry. Two seconds, guys. This writing is really small. I'm refusing to believe that I no longer have 2020 vision. So I'm just gonna zoom in. Okay, I'm going to move on to the next question. So somebody actually asked on Instagram as well, did you have a mentor through all of your learning, what you're now sharing, or was it self discovery? So I actually held myself back for a long time because I didn't have a mentor or a coach, and I Was waiting to get a mentor or a coach as a permission slip to start posting and to start being a coach. And then the time just came where I was like, I can't wait any longer. I just need to do what my soul is calling me to do. So I started posting and then someone reached out to me for coaching. Shout out, Rachel. And so then I just was like, okay, I'll just try it. And then it was. It was literally like it was meant to be. And so oftentimes waiting for a mentor or a coach can be a limiting belief in you. Just trying to feel like you're ready to do something when oftentimes you are ready. You have all the resources that you need, and there's a lot of amazing resources and programs and things that you can use online as well to do this. Unless. Unless you have somebody specifically. The only time that a mentor is really valuable is if you have somebody specifically who you just know like a thousand percent has dealt with what you've dealt with and can help you with it. Someone asked how to regulate the nervous system and get calm in my body in hard slash triggering situations. So I would first look at where, like, what state is your nervous system in? Right. We have different types of dysregulation. We have fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. And you want to examine basically which one you're in. Because the tool that you need to regulate will be different depending on the state that you're in. Okay. So for example, if you're in freeze and you start trying to like somatically shake the energy, that's too activating for you in a freeze state. But if you're in fight, for example, you don't want to lay down with a weighted blanket because that's, that's going to be counter to your state. You want to shake and get the excess energy out of your system. So definitely just look up. There's tons of amazing videos on YouTube about nervous system regulation specifically and find some practices and tools that can help you somatically, depending on your default state of disregulation, which it might be all of them, might be one or two. But we often tend to have certain states that we go into versus others. The other thing is to look at you said difficult or triggering situations. Why, why are you in a triggering situation? What is triggering about it? And how can you change your situation so it. No, it's no longer triggering. And also you want to look at the part of you that's triggered in this situation specifically. Right. This is probably the most Important thing. So, like, who within you, what part of you is triggered, and you want to do parts work with that part of you to figure out what's going on and why they're triggered in the first place. Okay, I'm seeing some. Some comments about the audio. Just let me know in the chat if you can still hear me. Okay? Okay. Okay. Saying it's fine. Super. I need to stop hitting off the mic. So the next one was about releasing emotions. So what is the quickest way to release deep grief and guilt that has long overstayed its purpose. So the quickest way, and honestly the most effective way to release what she said, grief and guilt, is to do parts work, shadow work with the parts of you that are holding on to the guilt and the fear and all of that from the past. So you want to look at, like, this part of you. Basically, it was born during an event in your life, and it's staying within you because it thinks it needs to keep you safe. It's holding on to guilt and grief because this part of you 100% believes that it has to hold on to these emotions to protect you or serve you in some way. So believe it or not, like these painful emotions like guilt, they're there to actually protect us from something. Guilt specifically is a. It's basically a messenger to tell you that a value has been breached or a standard that you have for yourself has been breached. So it's a really great learning tool to feel guilt, but it's not so great when you hold on to it for an extended period of time when you've already learned the lesson, like, you've already redefined your boundaries. You've already said, this isn't going to happen again. You've already changed and done the inner work, and then you're still holding onto this feeling of guilt is because the part of you that's holding onto that emotion does not know that it's safe now to let that go. So I would do shadow work or parts work with that part of you where you literally sit down. You can do this in your journal. You can do this in a meditative state. And you tune into your body and you connect to the part of you that's holding the guilt, for example, and I do the guilt and the grief separately. Connect to that part of you, pull them out of your body like they're sitting in front of you, and just let them speak. Let them purge out everything they're scared of, everything they're holding on to, and just hear them out. And then you want to reassure them. You want to tell them, I'm here for you, I love you. I'm sorry that you feel this way. I understand you. And then after that, you want to tell them why it's safe now to let go of this. That is parts work. That's shadow work. I have a whole video as well on shadow work. I think it's called something about embracing your pain. Yeah. So that's what I would do for that instance. Okay, someone is checking on the ringing in the mic, guys, because a few of you are saying it. Let me know if that's better. MX just pressed some buttons. So we're hoping for the best. We're going to get more technically proficient guys the more lives we do. It's gone. Oh, amazing. Okay, perfect. Yeah. So whoever's asking if it's going to be reposted, this live will be posted on the channel as well, so you can watch it back. Okay. It's all good, mx. Okay, So, yeah, the answer to that question. Parts work, shadow work, it's often the thing that we want to avoid, but it's the thing that's going to liberate us the most because we all have these traumatized parts of us living within us that are, like, encapsulated and stored and holding on to these past experiences, and it's keeping our energy trapped and it's keeping us from stepping into our full potential. Okay, Another question was, what was a personal lesson for you in terms of detachment? So my first experience of actually feeling detached was after I had, and somebody actually asked in the chat something about. Something about anxious attachment. So after my first breakup, I was very, very anxiously attached to this person. It was my first serious relationship. So naturally, I just thought I was going to marry him. And I took that breakup so badly that that's actually what led me to yoga and meditation and spirituality and everything else. So the first time that I fully felt detachment was after a period when I where I'd been so attached and it was causing me so much pain that I was like, I just need to try something to, like, make this pain stop, basically. And I didn't want to do anything, you know, drugs or anything. I want to do something that was kind of healthy. So I started meditating and doing yoga, and I was, like, meditating all day, doing yoga all day for a few days. And then the moment came where I was laying. I remember I was laying on the floor in my bedroom and I was in Shavasana and had my eyes closed and I reached, like that point of detachment and meditation where I finally just let go of my thoughts a little bit and my mind went quiet. And I remember thinking, oh my God, it's my attachment to everything that's causing me to suffer so much. So that was the day that I kind of fell in love with meditation. And I realized, you know, I think Buddha said the root of all suffering is attachment. I realized how true it was. And specifically, attachment is born of the ego. Okay. So it keeps you in a limited state of mind. And oftentimes the things that we're attached to, if we could just let go and detach more regularly and more easily, we would open up a whole lot more to the things that are actually meant for us. Like, if I had stayed, stayed attached to that relationship, you guys, I would not be the person I am today. I would absolutely not have started this YouTube channel. I would not be in the amazing relationship that I'm in now. Like, nothing that was meant for me would have been able to find me if I had let my ego stay attached to this old relationship. And it's the same with everything, even small things. So detachment is essentially freedom from the desires and the attachments of the ego, which frees you up to act as your most present and empowered self and your most aligned self as well. Okay, Somebody asked a question around money. So how can we rewrite our money anxiety, like when we spend money or not spending to feel safe? Okay, so I'm not entirely certain what the. I suppose you're wanting to change how you feel about money. So I would look at what belief do you have around money that is making you feel unsafe in the first place. And it's likely that you've had certain experiences in your financial situation that have caused you to feel lack and like, it's limited and like there's a finite amount and like it's always running out. This is really common. This was my experience for a really long time. And I saw someone in the chat asked, what was my personal experience with money? Like, was I actually in poverty? I. I don't know how you would define poverty. I always had a roof over my head. I always had food. But personally, I had really, really bad lack cycles where I would always just run out of money and my family don't have that much money. So it wasn't a situation where I could just call my parents and ask for money. It was kind of a situation where I always had to like, figure it out. Right. So I, for years was in a cycle of just running out of Money and not knowing, like, just about paying my rent and my bills every month for a long time. So that was my situation. And I know a lot of you can relate to that. And so that caused me to chase money for a long time. And I set up a marketing agency. I did loads of things to get money, and I was always kind of capped in that field. And I always had a lot of anxiety around money. And this year was the year that I finally broke my lack mindset. It was kind of the last thing for me to have a breakthrough on. I broke through on relationships, on identity, on everything on my career, but money was the last thing to have a breakthrough on. And what changed it for me was realizing, sorry, guys, someone's saying that the audio has gone way down. Please let me know if you can hear me. But what changed it for me was realizing once again that the circumstance of my financial situation, the number in my bank account, was just a byproduct of an energy that I had embodied in the past. Okay? So me breaking my lack mindset, went hand in hand with me realizing that every circumstance in this reality, this material world, is just an end effect of me and my energy. And so the circumstance in front of me, the number in my bank account, is irrelevant so long as I change my energy right now, today. And the only thing that matters is you changing the story about money today, you changing your beliefs about money today, you changing your energy and your identity to be out of an identity of lack and into an identity of. Of abundance or more abundance. Okay? So for me, personally, I'll be honest with you guys, and everybody wants to do this quickly. It might take about a year. It took me a year and a half to really break out of my lack mindset. And that was me, like, consistently working on it, right? Because I had to pull out all of these weeds of my childhood of stress around bills of not being able to pay for things. Like all of this stuff. I had to purge and process and say, you know what? That doesn't belong to me. You know what? That's not my story. And I was reprogramming my beliefs one at a time, and I had to kind of ascend along the scale. So, you know, I talk about polarity sometimes out of. So the. The energy is money, right? I had to come out of the. The negative end of this, the energy of money, and towards the positive end. So I went from feeling really, really broke to getting by and feeling okay, to, you know what? My financial situation is actually improving. I'm making More money to actually, you know what? I'm feeling really good about it. And then I ascended gradually along the scale. And then eventually I hit a tipping point where I realized that none of my circumstances actually mattered because I decided I was going to change my energy. And I had that aha moment and then it just flipped. Like the, the number that I saw my account that day has probably like 50x since that day. So this is what I mean. You kind of chip away at it. It's like that analogy. I can't remember what exactly the analogy is. You know, the, the. What's it called? Like the. When the guy chipping at the rock forever and ever and he's like, he's chipping at it, he's chipping at it, he's chipping at it. And it seems like nothing's happening. And then on the last or the hundredth one, it all breaks open. That's kind of what inner work is like. And money is the same. So you have to just keep pulling out the limiting beliefs, keep installing more empowering beliefs, keep believing that things are going to change for you, and realize that you changing your story and your subconscious programming and your identity around money is all you need to do. Naturally, when that starts to change, the actions that you think to take change automatically. So I like to give this example. Sometimes if you're in an identity of being broken, right? If you have a reality where you're very limited financially, like you don't need to think about how you're going to be limited financially, you don't need to think about how to be broke because you believe in a reality where you're broke, your identity corresponds with being broke. And so naturally you take actions that result in a reality of you being broke. Okay, sounds kind of harsh, but it's the same principle that, that applies to you being wealthy or abundant. The moment you can believe in a reality where you're wealthy or abundant and you have an identity that's abundant and wealthy, you will naturally know the actions to take. Just like you know what actions to take right now. Okay, it's automatic. So I always talk about you are the cause and reality is the effect. And where you're messing up is you're still allowing your financial situation to dictate to you who you are. You have to take the reins and say, this is who I am now. This old story is not mine anymore. I am defining myself. And then my circumstances have to change to reflect that back to me. And when you get thrown tests after that point, so Maybe you'll have your lowest income month, or maybe you'll have a bill come up. That's an opportunity for you to show reality that you have actually changed and you're not going to bend to your circumstances. Okay. So, yeah, look at the beliefs around money. Change your money narrative. And then another thing that I did with money, so I started changing my narrative myself. I started getting examples of people who are making money doing all sorts of different things so I could start to see that money is actually unlimited. And what I'm experiencing, like this experience of lack, is just one potential experience out of an infinite amount of experiences that I could have. And then I started getting an environment where I could see people who were abundant. So me moving to Marbella was really, really one of the biggest, pivotal moments for me in my mindset. And again, this was like an intuition that I had to move here. And it was probably in part to help me with this, because as soon as I got here, I was around people who were making more money than I'd ever been around before in person. I'd seen people online. But being with people in person and surrounding yourself with people like that starts to just naturally change your paradigm as well. So you want to get evidence of people who have the money story that you want, and then you have to say to yourself, if they can do it, so can I. Okay. Okay, let me just check. Do I have any more questions here? Okay, I'm gonna check in with the chat now. I don't want to touch the mic. I'm like, Yes, Melody, this live will be. James. Thank you so much. So, James asked your sky of awareness meditation is great. Do you see yourself doing any other variations in the future? Much love. Thank you so much, James. Yeah, I will be doing definitely more variations and longer ones, but the purpose of that is to just kind of ease you into being able to just sit in silence on your own as well. So, yeah, and I have in my community. I'm not sure if you're in the community, James, but in the community we're going to be doing over the next month or so, I'm going to be launching a live meditation together as well, where we're basically all just going to sit in silence together because it's the hardest thing to do, but if we do it collectively, it'll be easier. So if you're interested in that, definitely check out the community as well. Someone asked, did you feel like you had imposter syndrome? Yes, I had imposter syndrome for probably about seven months of this year and it's only gone in the last few months. So I feel like that's just something, you know, I mentioned a while ago about the training ground of your new identity. While you're getting stronger in your new identity and in the new version of you, I feel like that's kind of a weapon that the old self uses against you to get you to like default into the old version of you. So you just have to keep showing up and then over time the imposter syndrome will just fall off it. Sorry guys, I think the camera died again. Oh my goodness. Should do a ASMR while we're waiting to come back. Yeah, thanks. Because I actually couldn't see it. I feel like I can't reach this. There we go. That's okay. Thank you. Yeah, I'm just looking for comments in the meantime, guys. So if you have questions, just post them again because the chat keeps moving. Oh yeah, this is a great question. So someone asked. Hi, Katie. I oscillate between big dreams that are out of what I've ever seen. And then I also tell myself to make logical goals that still feel abundant and a stretch. How do I break through the doubt? Okay, so you break doubt through action and then just through literally showing up as the new version of you as much as you can. So what I like to say, like, if you have so much resistance to the big dreams that you just sabotage and you can't move at all, I would actually start with a kind of mid, like first milestone. I call it vision. Basically. So you want to start with the, the one that feels more accessible because you're going to have more conviction in yourself being able to do it. And you're going to have more motivation then to actually step forward and start moving towards it. Then as you move towards it, your confidence will grow. What you think is possible will grow. Your identity will change. And then once your identity shifts and your self concept shifts, what you think you can do will also change. So this is something I did a Q and A in the community a couple of weeks ago, and someone asked this, like, I don't even know what to do to show up as the new version of me. And we do the Avatar exercise, which I've done on videos before, where we map out like the full identity picture of the version of you living your dream reality, all the characteristics, all the habits, everything that that person is right. And then you want to pick out from that version of you what are the things that you can do right now. So even if it's something like reading every day or getting up early every day or starting to go to the gym. Even if it's nothing to do with, say, for example, your goal is to launch a business. That stuff matters. And it's so important that you start with that stuff. Because what happens is you start showing up in this small stuff, your self concept starts to change immediately. Immediately. And then your perception of reality and what's possible and what you can do starts to change. And so then you're able to believe in yourself more and you're able to have this bigger vision that you can start believing in as well. But then other than that, like having big dreams that scare you, that is a gift. The fact that you want something, that's a gift. Because a lot of people don't even know what they want. And I would say if this big dream, if you see that it's possible for somebody else, it's possible for you. The only thing that's in the way is your limiting beliefs. And you can change those. You can just rewire those. Okay, this question I saw on my Universal Laws video. Can we create a belief or identity to become a being who overrides the law of rhythm to manifest a permanent perfect life with no pendulum swing to take it away? So this, this, this question actually highlights to me a bit of fear and a bit of resistance, which are your enemies if you want to override the pendulum swing. Funny enough, everything is a paradox in this reality. So there's no light without dark. That is the essence of this physical experience. And trying to avoid the dark means you're trying to avoid your light. There can't be one without the other. Now, what the Masters did in Hermeticism is they never overly identified with the pendulum, no matter what way it swung. So it's almost like the ego gets sucked into the pendulum swing and the goings on in reality of what's happening. But the higher self does not. The higher self is above the swing. So rather than creating a belief or identity, what you would want to be focusing on instead of is releasing any resistance or fear or attachments of the ego and rising above an idea like this so that you're unaffected by the pendulum swing, essentially, but the pendulum swing. I mean, it sounds like, it sounds like you're afraid that the pendulum is going to swing and take everything away from you. That's not necessarily true either. So you want to make sure you don't have negative beliefs about that because that will manifest that for you. And you don't want that Happening. Okay. Okay, guys, I'm gonna take one more question. I know the camera's gone, but I will just keep taking some questions. Oh, this is a great question. What is the difference between the shadow or changing your beliefs? Are they the same thing? Such a great question. So they're very linked. Essentially you have beliefs on the mental plane. Okay. So stories essentially that you've been programmed with from your environment and from your experiences so far. And then the shadow self is actually on the energetic identity level. Okay. So the shadow self, sometimes, and this is how you're going to be able to use this. When you release a part of yourself and a part of the shadow, you naturally release the beliefs that are connected to that part of you. Okay, so let's say you have a part of you that is really fearful around money. If you do shadow work with that part and you release that part, the beliefs of that part are going to be released as well, because that is the part of you that's holding those beliefs. Okay? So belief rewiring is often, it's quite effective, but you can hit a wall with trying to just reprogram a belief when you realize that there's a lot of emotion behind it. So essentially, what is a belief? A belief is just a thought backed by emotion. That's it. So it's not that everything that you think gets into your subconscious mind, because if that was the case, that would be crazy. You'd be seeing like giraffes and all mad stuff in your reality. It's the, it's the thoughts that are backed by a lot of emotion or, and, or repetition that get into your subconscious mind. Okay. Because that's the stuff that signals to your mind this is important. Right? And so there's a certain amount of emotion that needs to be behind a thought before it can get into your subconscious mind as a belief. So that's a belief. Now sometimes we can have beliefs in our mind, and how we reprogram them is basically we look at them, we realize we're being limited by a belief. We identify it, we pull it out and we look at it and we say, okay, where was this coming from? Oh, it was coming from maybe this is a story that my mother used to tell herself and I've just inherited it from her. Right, Cool. What do I want to believe instead? So, for example, you're trying to shift from a belief in lack to a belief in abundance. You might be able to gather evidence for a belief in abundance and write it all out, and you might be able to generate so much emotional conviction in your new belief, belief in abundance, that it automatically rewrites and displaces the old belief in lack. So that's how you rewire belief. You basically take the limiting belief and you displace it with a more empowering belief. You don't need to do anything with this old belief unless you try to do that and it doesn't work. Which means that your emotional conviction in your new belief is not strong enough to. To rewrite the emotional conviction in your old belief. And if that's the case, then it's likely that you need to do shadow work with the part of you that's holding onto that belief. Because if there's a lot of emotion behind a belief, then it's likely connected to a trauma or a past experience, and that's connected to a part of you that's existing energetically within you. So that's the link. And I almost like. Did I just put. Yeah, I posted a video about reprogramming your subconscious mind literally last Sunday. So I invite you to go and watch that because I go a lot deeper on this. But it's like the beliefs that have really, really deep roots that you can't seem to get rid of, that's indicating that there's a part of you that's holding on to that and that has a lot of emotion. So you need to do shadow work with that part. Someone said you can't. You said you can't avoid darkness and that the camera turned dark. I know this is like a spooky life. Okay, another question. When I. Whenever I manifest something particular and I feel like I'm about to get or achieve my desire, something always unexpected or unwanted against that thing also happens. What can I do? So there's two things that could be happening here. I can't know specifically with just this, but there's two things that could be happening. First of all, you could have re entered the energy of chasing and wishing and yearning for something which repels it from you. Because wanting is not the same energy as having. So if you feel like, oh, I'm about to get it, or where is it? And you start looking for it, that can shift your energy so that you're out of the energy that you need to be in to actually align with having that thing. And then the second thing that could be happening here with something always unexpected or unwanted happening is this could just be one of those tests from the universe to see if you are ready for this thing, which is really, really common so oftentimes right when we're about to get everything that we want, right when we're about to level up and achieve the thing that we desire, we can get triggered. Something unexplainable can happen. And it triggers the parts of us specifically that do not resonate with who we need to be in order to resonate with the thing that we desire. And so when these challenges happen, it's an opportunity to purge out of your energy the parts of you that can't come with you to that next level. Okay, I'm gonna just do one more question, you guys. So this one is on visualizing. So when manifesting visualizing, how do you know when to let go and surrender or take aligned action? You should always let go and surrender. Okay, so the purpose of visualization is not to figure out how. It's not to figure out how. It took me a long time to learn this. It's not to. It's actually not to do anything. The purpose of visualization is to simply tune your consciousness to an experience that you would like to have in reality. So you're observing the reality that you would like to experience in your imagination, you're connecting your consciousness to it, and you're introducing the frequency of that reality and that experience into to you and your energy. That's it. So it's like visualization. I think of it as you're priming your energy into your desires. It's like a tuning mechanism. It's not to figure out how. So actually, when you visualize, I want you to just affirm to yourself as soon as you come out of it, I am not going to try to figure out how. Okay, you let it go. You have to let go and let God. It's not on you to figure out the how. Okay, There's a verse on this in the Bible. With man, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible. So your desire already exists on the spiritual plane. The moment you come out of a visualization and you're trying to think about how to get there from your old logic and your old mindset, you've automatically taken yourself off the track that could have been leading the leading you there. Okay, so your own mindset and your own logic is can't know how. Right? But over time, the way will be made clear. The more that you tune into this reality and you start resonating with it on an energetic level, and the path will then just unfold before you. So the other part of this was to how to know when to take aligned action. You will Get a feeling, you will get an intuition, you will get an idea, you will get an insight to do a certain thing, and that is when you take action. And if you're having trouble feeling your intuition, then obviously the first protocol is always to regulate, to reconnect to your body. But then the second thing you can do to strengthen your intuition is to tune into your body day to day with everything that you're doing. Because if you've been ignoring your intuition, which is basically like, deeply connected to your body for your whole life, you're not going to know what that feels like when it's coming up. Okay, so for example, when you get up in the morning and you're trying to figure out what to eat, what to drink, what to wear, this sounds really weird. But ask your body, say body, do you want water or do you want coffee? And logically, you might be thinking, I want a coffee. But your body goes, no, no, coffee, water. Listen to that. So you're developing the habit of listening to your intuition, listening to your body, listening to your gut. And then when you get the feeling in your body to take a certain action, you're going to be more familiar with it and you're going to have a better connection with your intuition to actually do it. So it's like a muscle. You need to use it for it to get stronger. You need to listen to it in order for it to get louder. Yeah, guys, I really enjoyed having a live. This was so fun. I'm gonna do these more often. The shadow over my shoulder is Alex or mx. They're, like, standing by in case anything happens with the camera again. Okay, guys, I'm gonna leave it there. Thank you all so much for joining. I'm not sure how to turn this off. I'm like, Alex. All right, guys, thank you. There's Alex. Thanks, Alex. Oh, okay. Okay.
