What is happening when someone is triggering your pain, your lack, your fear, or your sense of betrayal. What they're actually doing is inviting you into the deeper part of yourself that you haven't healed yet. Whenever you're triggered and you react out of a space of lack or fear, you are giving your power over to others. But when you pause and you observe your reaction, you observe your lack, you realize all of this is coming from my own tikkun, my own trauma. This has nothing to do with what they said to me. That is the moment you connect to miracles. And as you become more conscious, when someone triggers you, you look at that as a gift, an invitation to know you still have a little bit of work to do. That is the whole journey of healing your traumas and correcting your soul. Correction. Love everyone around you. To activate your highest destiny. Here's a mantra for you.
