A motivational monologue advising people who feel stuck and directionless to stop striving for goals while in survival mode and instead prioritize healing past traumas to signal safety to the body. The speaker argues burnout and constant 'masculine' hustling stem from fear and lack of safety; switching back into 'feminine' energy via inner work enabled the speaker to move from a hated 9–5 to a dream business.

If you're stuck in a life that you hate, but you don't know what you want, instead it's because you're in survival mode. So your starting point is to heal out of survival mode. Don't worry about setting a goal. Don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about taking more action and putting yourself more in that burnout. Slow down. And I know it's very counterintuitive, but if you're so burnt out that your intuition is off that you, you don't know what you want, that your creativity is non existent, that means your feminine energy is off, which means you are hustling and hustling and driving in your masculine out of fear and lack of safety. So your first step is to get your energy to switch back on by healing out of survival mode and signaling to your body that you are now safe. How do you do that? You have to let go of all the hurts and traumas from the past that are making you feel so unsafe. That is your starting point. And guys, when I look back on my life, that is the one thread I can see. When I went from working a 9 to 5, living a life that I absolutely hated, to now working in my dream business and making money like I breathe air, never feeling like I work a day in my life, the one thing consistently that I did that shifted me from each stage towards my dreams is that inner work to heal from the past.
