Stop explaining yourself to people who won't understand anyway. That energy drain keeps you from growth and transformation. The Creator already knows who you are.
Stop trying to explain yourself to people. If someone has already decided to misunderstand you, there's no amount of words or clarity that will change their mind at this moment. Every moment that you are trying to convince someone of who you are, what you've done, what you've accomplished, what you want to give you, are draining your energy. The energy that the Creator gave you just to use to work on yourself, to break your own fears, to elevate your own consciousness. The energy that the Creator gave you to actually let go of the need for validation from everyone else. Stop trying to convince other people to like you. You know who understands you. The Creator always understands you. Here's a prayer for you. I ask for strength from above to allow me to feel whole inside and to let go of all the hooks that other people have put into me to get me to like them, to get me to chase their validation.
